I'm very neutral about Old Navy, my daughter loves them- which is why I end up shopping here. Crystin managed to find matching Christmas pj's for the family- very cute. I even snagged some leggings that matched for myself. I perused the rest of the store- I do enjoy the kids section, but there isn't a lot in the women's clothing that entices me. I rarely go to Old Navy because I'm not a big clothes shopper. Technically, the Citrus Park location is closer by 5 miles, but I was running some errands so I decided to go here. This store is well organized with generally friendly employees. Despite being a big guy, I can usually find clothes in my size easily. This is subjective, but I really find their jeans to look nice and last a good while. Also, they are usually moderate or cheap. They are generally $25-35. You know inflation is crazy when Levis are $80 MSRP. Also, they seem to have "stealth" sales quite often even in "regular time". I was expecting to pay $75 for two items and it ended up being only $45. Always ask prices at the cashier; It doesn't hurt. There really aren't any glaring negatives. I think the store is best for kids - middle aged folks, but not really older peeps. Since it's in the Grove, theoretically parking is plentiful, but it is generally difficult on weekends and holidays. read more

Terrible experience. Cashier was rude, payment wasn't processing correctly and instead of helping or giving an alternative solution, she decided to tell the entire store, my card was declined. The manager stood behind her the whole time and didn't do or say anything. No concept for manners or respect and clearly very poor management. Very disappointed. read more

I have been a loyal Old Navy customer even though the returns and exchanges have been difficult in the past, I remained loyal because of great employees who have been a delight in the past, until today's interaction. I was in store trying to exchange various items for different sizes based on online purchases from multiple orders. The first cashier was friendly and seemed to be new. She told me the that the item she scanned was late and I would not be able to return it because it was their policy. I said that I had never been told of this policy and that this was the first time someone had said I was unable to exchange an item. The store manager, Danielle, came over to the cash register and said that the item was late and that the policy is on each of their receipts. They said that I would have to return the items and they would refund me the amount and then I would have to repurchase the items on my own. I have had many times where store employees have ordered a different size and even exchanged the items and refunded the dollar amount different to honor the price I purchased the item for. This was not the case in this situation. Since I had no choice in the situation, I agreed to return them and repurchase the items. Danielle then scanned my items and handed me a Return Activity Report passive aggressively and told me that I had to contact them to do the exchange. The frustrating part was 4 of the 6 items I was trying to exchange were items I received in an online order that arrived yesterday 11/12. I believe she passive aggressively wanted to make my transaction more difficult for me as the customer. I told her that I would not have agreed to that if I knew it would be that difficult and I have never had this much trouble on an exchange. In the very beginning I mentioned to the first cashier that I was okay with not returning or exchanging some items since they were from awhile ago and I knew one wasn't even in stock anymore too. I grabbed my clothes and as I exited the store, Danielle was talking to one of her employees (probably talking about me to him). I asked her if she was the manager and she said "yes I am". I told her that was so unprofessional and I will be contacting corporate. I have never been treated so poorly at an Old Navy and feel Danielle was one of the rudest employees I have ever come in contact with in any customer service role. I was very embarrassed and felt that this situation should not have led to me being sent out of the store unresolved and sent to a third party to handle this. Update: I received a call from corporate HR person who apologized for the manager's behavior saying they never want a customer to feel this way and empathized this was not what Old Navy is about. I still will be looking into alternative ways to return clothes via UPS and will shop more at other locations. read more

Everytime I come here, I am always at the point where I miss Old Navy. But when I go in, I do not really get to find what I am looking for. My last visit to Old Navy was to find a present for a darling baby. I really thought this would be a place, but they had an incredibly limited selection of baby outfits. I checked out their clearance sections. The baby clothes clearance is in the back back. Women's clearance is also by the back, and also by the fitting room, and men's clearance is in the front middle area by the men's clothes. Nothing interested me. The problem with me is that when keep looking and looking, clothes start jumping ar me. I try some stuff on and end up getting a few things. This old navy is just okay to me. The displays aren't super fun and vibrant like other stores. It's a smaller size store too. It's a fairly newer store so maybe that's why they are limited with merchandise. The good thing is that I could always bring my small dog in the cart with no problem. I love The Grove where it is located for that matter, and Wesley Chapel. read more

I've always grown up with my family shopping at Old Navy, so naturally it's my go-to place for jeans and random casual blouses. What I really appreciate about this location is that they carry plus sizes in store!!! As a bigger girl, I often have to resort to ordering jeans online. Being a side 20 can be a struggle at times when shopping hahaha I can always count on this location to have options for me right at hand! P.S. the jeggings are my absolute FAVORITE! I hate coming here. They run out of a lot of sizes and don't restock often. They never have enough cashiers. You'll end up waiting upwards of 30 minutes to make a purchase because they usually only have one cashier. They have some cute clothes, but there are always sales and promotions online so I'd rather just online shop and have it shipped to avoid the long lines. read more

Absolutely an unexpected experience stopping in to this Old Navy. My fiancé has a very physically demanding (dirty) job that requires him to squat down a lot for lifting. He also has very muscular thighs and a small waist making it difficult for him to find jeans that fit and that are flexible enough to bend down. He found Old Navy loose fit with flex to fit the best, however, after only a few wears, the seams started to split in the groin area. We went to Old Navy at the Grove tonight, explained the situation, and the staff was super understanding, polite, and helped resolve the issue above and beyond our expectations. A company that puts their customers first, where retail isn't always about sales, and doing what's right to gain loyal customers is a winner in our book. Thank you! read more

This is my local Old Navy. I'd actually say it's cleaner than most, and you don't see the normal disarray so many others show. While it's sometimes hard to track down a staff member on the floor, they're always helpful. The people at the checkout counter are always nice and I recently had someone go out of their way to help me split my (large) purchase into 2 transactions to use 2 Super Cash coupons. They are located in the GROVE mall towards the back. You can hit this and TJ Maxx back to back. This old navy is usually a stocked. The service is friendly but the lines are usually long! The clearance section is always great but there is not much items there. read more

This isn't the most organized Old Navy location that I've ever been to. I ended up putting everything back because the line was all the way to the back of the store, I think they might need some more staff to organize the store and work the registers. On a positive note, there's a ton of parking and seems to be in an up and coming location, lots of stores going in so it should be a great mall soon! read more

I really like Old Navy. They have attractive clothes at affordable prices. I particularly enjoy Old Navy for my sons' clothes. There are certainly higher quality options out there but for the price it's hard to beat. I just wish they had a bigger selection of fat guy clothes for me. read more

Your typical Old Navy, but located in a strip mall (The Grove) rather than a shopping mall. They are right next to Toys R Us, with their own separate entrance. I love that they have shopping carts. The store is medium sized, with dressing rooms in the middle. Everything is arranged neatly, with sections for men, women, active, toddler boy/girl, boy, and girl. Employees are friendly, but sometimes hard to locate if you need help finding something while shopping. At times, their lines can be rather long, but they usually move quickly. I also wish their clearance and markdowns were located in the same spot, rather than on random racks throughout the store. It also seems like they run out of certain sizes fairly quickly. read more

This location is the bees knees. They're always poppin on the weekends but the management team hs really gotten it together recently especially compared to other locations near by. I've heard customers really push the limit of expectations for normal customer service and the management team always remains direct level and fair. The store is always neat, the associates seem happy to be there and always offer help and i feel like recognize me and treat me as a a friend when i shop. It feels very homey in there. I hate that I have to give even one star. Went in within an hour of the store opening for a 1 day sale, advertised nation wide and by signs as we entered the store. Upon arrival we could not find the Men's sale items, so we asked the sales associate, who told us they were not participating. We asked for the store manager, who told us they did not order any of the sale items and would not be offering any substitutions. Classic switch and bait just to get you in, not that we expect t have a bunch of every size, but they were offering none. Their staff has very poor manners. They don't really greet you unless you are in less than 2 feet away and they have no choice but to make eye-contact. Like everyone else, I look for deals and normally I don't even check that I get cashed out properly as I am trusting the system will do its' job. In this particular occasion I saw a deal of 2 for $12. I asked the cashier if the items had rung up and she said yes. As soon as I get to my car I noticed that I was charged $7.49 each. Mind you, I had an 8 month old with me, so I go back inside (which I rarely do just because of the aggravation) and the line was super long (not their fault, I know, however they only had 2 check out associates) So, I get my turn and explain my situation, the checkout person two ways their manager and she radios back that if that's what the computer said, there was nothing she can do, because the sale was now over. I walked over and showed her that it was not a SALE item, it was a regular item that gave you a discount if you bought two, she still stood her ground and said that he sale was over. Even if it would've been a "sale" they should've honored it. but it wasn't. Haven't been back since, not planning a trip any time soon either! read more

I've gone to this old navy numerous times. I don't like the store set up at all and wish they would group alike items to the same section of the store. For example I was looking for shorts today. The 5' length were up front on a table. I like mine a little longer and had to hunt to find the 7' length in the middle of the store near the changing room. Once found I see so few color options compared to the 5'. 3 choices ok I have tan, have black, last options the mint green. All right I'll get them- or wait where's my size? Ah they don't have it...of course. It seems when I do find shorts I like they never have my size & the answer I'm given is you can order online. Why not carry more of the common sizes if your store is always out of them??? Another issue is the lack of staff, the dressing room attendant walks off and the line grows while empty rooms sit waiting to be used? I give old navy two stars because I do find the prices right & can usually get workout clothing in my size. However the other issues listed before keep me from giving them any higher than 2. We live in a hot place, in my humble opinion a good assortment of shorts in various sizes should be available year round. It's May here and I'll be living in shorts pretty much the rest of the year. Oh one last note about this location. The front door is scary, makes a lot of noise and seems to get stuck. I've noticed this each & every time I've been here and seen it stuck open. This visit was during the week and I ask the staff person, EMILY R., to order some jeans for me that were not in stock in my size. She gives me the eye roll and turned to another staff assistant with attitude. I politely told her to forget it.....but I was thinking REALLY? Isn't this your job?
