I received a text a week later and called 1-800 I was informed "they will have to change both sides so it will match and it will be approx. $95 that's an estimate." I replied and informed them to send my sandals back. I will NEVER buy anything from Neiman Marcus nor Christian Louboutin again. *** Coach bags/shoes are a third of what I paid, and they stand behind their products you have a year warranty.
