One of the best foot massages I have ever had. We walked in without an appointment on a Saturday evening and they immediately accomodated us. They have the big comfy chairs for you to relax in. Unlike some foot massage places in Atlanta, where there is a big room with lots of the comfy chairs, they had smaller rooms with pairs of the chairs (and a massge table in case they need to do body work). I thought this was great so we could enjoy our foot massages without other people around. The husband and I practically melted away after our long day walking. Here they did the traditional foot soak, but while you are soaking your feet, they rub your neck and shoulders. It was bliss and the hot soak felt great on my feet. Then the massage began. The guy that did my massage had the perfect touch: firm without being too much. This place was more pricey than what I've experienced in Atlanta. I would like to preface this by saying I am a very laid back, and easy-going person. I am also 100% ok with cheap massages. Truly, I think they are often some of the best. I took my fiancé here because we were sore from moving. One star goes for the actual massage. The lady massaging me put in effort, and did an ok job. The reason this place is UNACCEPTABLE is it is DIRTY, literally filthy. It is very apparent that the massage table linens are not changed each massage- if ever. The linens had left over lotion, hair, and what appeared to be mucus on the region near my head. The towels that you are supposed to drape over yourself are also laden with lotion from other massages. I wanted to leave immediately but my fiances table was not as bad, and he begged me to stay. I could not enjoy the massage at all and ubered home immediately to get into the shower as soon as possible. DO NOT go here. I could not be paid enough to return. While talking the other lady stopped my other halfs massage n not sure for what. This is where it gets worse.. she is rubbing her private area on his hand. Excuse me ? Now , for me that lady drived her elbow into my shoulders back n my ass. When asked do you want pressure no I don't !! Well , when she began to rub my ass I pulled my pants up she pulled down stating it will feel good next thing you know I was touched n areas that should have NEVER been touched. And yes that women part my man only touches. This was not okay. Both women kept laughing when doing these I'm appropriate things. They had no proof of certificates and def had no idea what they were doing. As I sit here n wrote this I can hardly move as she hurt me . I'm extremely sore and not satisfied. I will never go back. I feel so violated ! I was violated & so was my other half. We can for a massage not some sexual contact , my other half n I do a great job of that with each other. They never warn you when putting the stones on and my massage hurt there was nothing relaxing about that. I give NO stars ... The man who answered the phone said no problem and asked for my name and told me that he would see us at 6 for our couples massage. When we arrived on time, the woman at the desk looked extremely confused at the fact that two women had booked a couples massage. She scurried off to the back room to get the man I had spoken to on the phone who came out and looked at the two of us with what appeared to be disgust and said something under his breath in a different language and went back into the room. The woman said, "uhhhh you want couples massage??" And we insisted that we had made appointments. She said ok and we went into the massage room. It was dingy and pretty sketchy looking and we almost walked out. But we thought, really, how bad could it be? So we proceed to take our clothing off and get under the towel (not covers like a normal massage place) and when we did, the woman came back in and said, "I'm sorry we have another appointment now, you have to leave." While on the last day of our vacation to Portland, Maine, I needed a massage (stressed from trying to make the best tourist spots from sites to food along with not sleeping in my own bed). It's Sunday at 7:30pm and I'm scrolling through lots of closed businesses and find this little gem that was open till 9:30pm - WIN! I was ushered into a room for two and asked the lady if this was a massage where I keep my clothes on or take them off. She said down to underwear. I am used to Asian massages so I had no expectation of asking for a massage to my liking, but receiving a massage that they provide. So, unlike the other reviews here, my expectations were beyond exceeded. I laid face down and "Mike" started working on my neck and he either lucked into working on EXACTLY the places I needed it or he was highly skilled and compassionate. I believe it was the latter. He worked on me longer than an hour and I knew it, but I rewarded him handsomely for listening to what my body needed and didn't just perform a routine. He said they had an old towel to put over him. They never had him sign anything or asked where he needed work on his body. Let me begin my stating that massages are my most favorite thing- I splurge and treat myself to massages a few times per year, and people know that gift certificates for massages are always a win for me. But never in the last 10 years did I leave after a massage on the verge of tears until today... And had I cried, they would not have been happy tears. I saw the sign that read "Couples Massage" and figured I would treat my boyfriend since he had recently taken me for one. What a mistake. Tip for the owners/workers: if you are going to offer a couples massage, perhaps do not force one person to watch as another woman literally straddles the head of her boyfriend in short shorts. Seriously, she was ON the table, one knee on each side of his head. How grotesque. Perhaps some men come in here and enjoy that kind of "service," but I strongly doubt that any couples coming in would appreciate that. I heard my boyfriend ask his masseuse to "stop" touching him in particular areas twice, so while laying next to him and witnessing/hearing this, I was not exactly thrilled. But by far the worst offense for me, was that my masseuse refused to listen to me about my discomfort with her massaging my butt. When she first pulled down my underwear I was surprised as this is not what I anticipated. I attempted to relax for a few seconds but could not, so I said, "not there, please," and pulled them back up, only to my surprise, she pulled them right back down and said that it was fine, it would feel good. I was so shocked that I at first said nothing, but was relieved she moved again to my back. I slid up my underwear again to let my discomfort be clearly known. Minutes later, she AGAIN pulled them back down and began massaging my ass. I thought to myself that perhaps I was too uptight, that I should relax and go with it... But after a minute or so I realized that I was more tense than ever while I was supposed to feel relaxed, so I AGAIN asked her to stop and not touch me there. I pulled up my underwear for the third time. It only took a few minutes for her to pull them down again, and at this point I was ready to scream. I went in after trying to call several times to find the door locked. Turned around to leave and lady came to the door while on the phone. Directed me to a room and informed what to do. Came in and i informed her i wanted and hour massage. Told me i could pay after. Spent almost 1/2 hour to 40 minutes working on my back. I informed her that my back was feeling great and asked her to move onto my legs and feet. I kept looking at the clock and as my hour was almost up. She informed me that she would GIVE me extra time because of her leaving the room to answer phone. I said great. At one point she went out and got hot towels and hot stones. I informed that due to breathing issues. I didnt want either.. She didnt use the stones but used the hot towel.. Wasnt happy. Went out after to pay for my hour and she informed me that i agreed to 90 minutes.. She then pointed to a sign that had rates on it. When i informed her that i only wanted the hour and she was giving me extra time. She all of a sudden had issues with not understanding. My one hour massage for 60.00 and a tip of 20.00.. Which they assume they are getting.. All of a sudden became 90.00 with a 30.00 tip.. I got looking at the sign of rates. They charge you for hot stones as well.. Becareful of this place and insist on paying up front if you go here.. I will never go back.. read more

Just got back from the place...I go in there and the first thing I see is some girl cleaning the toilet with the door open...older lady leads me to the room and tells me to take off my shirt and lie down face down through the hole in the bed. A woman comes in and says hello and gave me a decent 30 minute massage. When she finished I looked up to thank her and it was the girl who was scrubbing the toilet! So I pay the older lady $40, and give the girl a $5 tip. The old lady proceeds to shake me down for another $5! Haha, what a trashy pit that place is...I feel....violated. read more

Only come to this place if you want the best massage you've ever had. You can't beat this place in price or service. The man who did my massage was so intuitive he didn't even have to ask my problem areas, he just found them and worked them out until all the knots were gone. I have had many a massage in my day and this was by far the best. The only constructive criticism I could give is to perhaps have music on in the room to help drown out the street noise. My soul needs a massage at this place regularly, will be back for sure! read more

My husband booked us a couples massage as an anniversary surprise and we definitely got a "surprise"... The massage was, for the most part, good. The women worked our muscles and we left feeling like we had gotten our money's worth, in terms of muscle work. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only issue was the fact that the two women giving the couples massage made some very odd, unprofessional choices throughout the massages. For one, they quite aggressively and awkwardly removed our underwear and left them half pulled down our legs (I've had many massages and have NEVER had them remove underwear). After leaving us partially exposed, the women repeatedly walked in and out of the massage room, leaving us half naked with the door to the lobby area open. Then, the woman massaging my husband climbed on top of him to massage him (all the while very loudly chewing and smacking on some kind of gum or candy). And to top it off, they were both very involved with areas of our body that I have never (and hope to never again in the future) have massaged. I didn't need an invasive butt crack massage and I'm fairly certain that my husband felt very uncomfortable laying next to his wife as an older Asian woman aggressively massaged high up on his groin. We left with an interesting story to tell and a good laugh of it, but we won't be going back there again. read more

Husband and I went here to "treat ourselves". Price was excellent for a couples massage. This place does not have a spa atmosphere so don't expect it. The owners were very nice and welcoming, and had immediate availability which was part of the appeal. A gentleman and woman walked in to our room and immediately got to work, which I thought odd. They didn't stop to ask us any questions. The man who worked on me did a great job, but I felt like I had been beaten up the next day - very sore in my neck and back! The woman working on me left the room 3 different times to manage the front desk. The man working on my partner was very good. When I went to pay the older lady at the front desk insisted I leave a tip for the woman who massaged me. I refused and she not happy with me. I wouldn't have given this awful place any stars but 1 star was the lowest rating. I went in for the $20/15 minute chair massage that was advertised on their website. When I got there, I asked for this particular massage and the people at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. They did not have the chairs needed for this massage so they had me lie down on a massage table and gave me a dingy paper towel to put my face on. The woman kept insisting that I take my shirt off but I refused. The massage was pretty good until she decided to use super hot rocks. Without warning, she dropped them on my back and burned me with them. I asked her to not use those, as they were too hot, but then she used it on my shoulders! It was super painful. After this massage from hell, she and the other guy at the desk overcharged me. They insisted that I pay $30. I tried to refer to the website to show them that it was $20 but it was futile. I had to use my credit card and then they charged me an extra $5 for "processing fees". When I tried to pull out a $5 bill to tip the lady (I don't know why I decided I had to tip her), my $10 bill fell out, she swiped it and took off to the back room. I had to go to CVS pharmacy to get burn cream for my back. Overall, I was not impressed. I will never, ever go back to this place. read more

I go to Starbucks, pull up the website on my phone, and it says they open at 10. No worries, I can wait. I work at 11:30 and was hoping for an hour massage at 9:30 so I had time to get to work after but I could make it in time even if I started at 10.
