Horrible! I called to make an appointment. They told me to go to the Lodi location because someone can see me for a reading same day and I would get half off my reading at the Lodi location. I told the lady that I was coming from far away and would take me 45 minutes to get there. Before leaving and confirming with her if anyone else would be there to help if she wasn't. She go on to naming a few people. Again I told her that I would be on my way and would take 45 minutes. She provided me the address and provided me throughout "details " made sure that I would find the place. She mentioned there would be construction and it would be a bit difficult to find the place she goes on to saying it would be a White building that I need to look for. As I got closer, the white buildings that is mentioned was not and actual building but literally a White House on the side of the road with a huge big sign that say physic reading. I managed to find parking of course far away from the establishment. Walk up and she open the door and ask if I was the one that called and was coming from Sacramento then she told me to comeback later because there is a man that was doing a reading and needs his privacy during this reading. I told her that I parked far away and ask to wait inside. She insisted that I go grab a soda and come back in 20 minutes. I came all this way and she told me to wait! My friend and I have talked about visiting a psychic for the last few months, and on a trip to Old town, I managed to convince her to go with me. Well... I'm only rating them one star, but the entertainment value was easily a 5. For $10 you're allowed to ask the psychic two questions and she will answer them, basically predicting your future on the two topics you chose. I asked her to tell me first, about my relationships, specifically my love life. Psychic lady started by asking when my last relationship was. I told her that I've been "single" for eight months. She said she doesn't believe that, she thinks I've been with someone else since then. I told her no, I haven't. She said she sees a marriage in my past. I confirm, yeah, I was married. She says, "Okay, so that's the relationship from 8 months ago". Yep. She says that she sees two or three kids. I told her, no, we have one child. She said she sees one or two more children for me (dear lord, I hope not). She also said that my husband drank. I laughed and told her that he's never drank in his life, which is true. She said, "Well, I see him... getting crazy sometimes". Nope. He's extremely laid back and our divorce was mostly amicable. She said that we should be getting back together soon but followed it up with "But if he does't come back soon, then you won't." Wow. No shit. She also predicted for my career that I don't really want to work where I work. Well, it's retail, so duh. This place is a total scam. I went several years ago to Margaret at a time I was depressed and vulnerable. She conned me first for $300 then she asked for $900 for some speciality candles that she needed to buy, according to her they were big and she needed 9 which were only available at that time when I saw her and each was about an $100. I know I know I should have seen it. After that she seldom returned my phone calls or answered the phone. Never did what she assured me I needed to get my life back to normal. She then disappeared, every time I would go the sisters, aunts or whoever was there said she was unavailable. According to them she was either praying in the mountains or taking care of her sick mom.
