Everyone was super friendly and considerate to your needs! I was able to get my bank business done by 9:05AM and on my way to work for the day. They definitely helped me. Previous experience: I always use the ATM at this site because you can deposit cash and checks in addition to regular ATM functions. Once I left my debit card in the ATM because of the chip, didn't realize for 12+ hours later. Upon realizing contacted this location and they closed my debit card so no one could use it (proactive!) and said they could print me a new one if I came in. Needless to say I went in the same day and was in and out within 15 minutes. What a relief! The have English, Spanish and Polish speakers at this location. Great to help anyone. I tend to use 2 different Fifth Third banks since I live a few minutes from both. The one on…read moreFinley and Roosevelt is the one I use for my general day to day financial needs. The people there are friendly, and I always get a greeting when I come in. On more than one occasion, I've had their ATM eat my card and had them unlock the machine to retrieve it for me. I had a decent conversation with one of the guys there who is leaving for the Air Force. In my experience as well as my dad's, the staff at the Fifth Third a few more miles west tend to be over the top, and that's why I go to that one for big needs- loans, ect. No gripes from me on either bank though.
