The customer service is virtually non-existent and is not available except for during business hours and even then the hold/callback times of 10 minutes plus are unacceptable for a financial institution. The integration of the online banking with Zelle is also very confusing and not well done compared to the way other banks have done it. Having been a customer and employee of other banks, it is clear that Liberty does not offer a competitive level of service. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

We finally sat down gave the check from my moms business account to them for deposit and the teller who did the transaction posted 2,500 not the actual 25,000.00! She left for home and the vault couldn't be opened. It was a fiasco. They wanted us to go and said it would be taken care of the next day. Bank manager offsite and personal banker monotone as a robot with no concern! Glen Ellyn police were called by my mom due to the awful snafu. They were polite and tried to clear things up. It still took a full week to get my moms transaction straightened out. Avoid them!
