Well, that was a mistake as Pursuit is a great place to have a cocktail. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable as we just sit at the bar. On our last visit we waited for opening at 2:00PM and then got there 7 minutes later and seems already 4-5 groups had come in ahead of us. That said, the single staff person was on top of the situation and we were served pretty quickly given it seems 20 people had arrived at the same time. They have gin, vodka and bourbon where we've just had got bourbon old fashions. I highly recommend trying out Pursuit if you're in Enumclaw as this is a great find and I'm sad I didn't try it sooner.
