    Gin Craft Drink

This is a cute little spot in downtown Gig Harbor with great craft cocktails and small bites. They have a big selection of favored vodkas, gin, whiskey, and little gifts. I love coming here and trying all the different craft drinks. Special discount for military!

While sightseeing in Gig Harbor we stopped in here for a tasting and snack. Love the Relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. They have whiskey, gins and vodkas and offer 2 free tastings. My husband was not a fun of the 2 whiskeys he tasted, but liked the navy strength gin. The spicy palomino signature cocktail was a delicious mix of fruit and spice. The charcuterie cup hit the spot. Will definitely return next time we are in the area

Delicious cocktails and small bites in a prime downtown location. I enjoy bringing friends and family here because Heritage makes unique flavors of whiskey and vodka. I especially like the blood orange and lavender vodkas. They have bottles and other drink merchandise available for purchase. Attentive and helpful staff.

I've been here one other time last summer and loved the drinks then so decided to stop in again while I was in the area today with time to kill before meeting my friend and her son for dinner. I am happy to say the drinks were on point again this time... today I had the lime in de coconut and summer s'mores cocktails as well as an order of their Bavarian pretzel sticks with mustard and beer cheese. Only thing is I didn't get acknowledged by staff right away but in their defense they were somewhat busy when I walked in today. The pretzels were heavenly ! I was seriously conflicted choosing between them or the charcuterie cup but ultimately decided on them as It dosen't list on their menu exactly what goes in their charcuterie ( just a basic description like cheese and meat and crackers.. duh! I love me some cheese and crackers but I'd like to know the exact meats In there) and I couldn't find a picture of it so I may just try it next time I'm in but I feel I made the right choice today choosing the pretzels. The cocktails were both great.. I highly recommend the summer s'mores one if you enjoy their chocolate vodka !

They got some GOOD LIKKERS HERE! I got the lemondrop flight. Ghost pepper and lavender are good. Girlfriend liked the raspberry one but i think raspberry liquor is gross so I wouldn't try it. The basic rye is good, if a bit sweet, and the earth gin is like being electrocuted while sucking on citrus. It is bold in the extreme. I tried and bought a bottle of the basic gin. I'll be back.......

This was where I learned that Washington has a 20.5% alcohol tax. My bonus mom in law took us around Gig Harbor so we can shop a little but before our Gondola ride. The guy who welcomed us was nice and did warn us of the alcohol tax. It was pretty spacious. Apparently, when I'm in Washington, I like vodka. I got 7 shooters because they had 6 for 20 and one was going to be discontinued. I got the Dual Barrel Collection straight Rye whiskey finished in Orange extract barrels. I'm not a whiskey girl, but my husband is so i also got an elk rider rye whiskewhiskey, it was one of the whiskeys they were discontinuing. . The vodka flavors I got were huckleberry, ghost pepper, coffecoffee, lavender and grapefruit and pomelo. We were super busy for being in Washington for 2.5 days so we were so pressed for time, I don't believe I took any photos of the distillery. I'm not sure when I will be back because my Washington bucketlist is now Leavenworth, but I can't wait to try my shooters!

I wish I lived closer because I would be here all the time!!! I'm not a fan of whiskey but I love theirs!!! The flavored vodkas were so good and in flavors like huckleberry that I have never seen before. The small bites we ordered were amazing!!! The service was exceptional. They let us try so many vodka flavors. What an overall delightful experience!!!

Absolutely loved my experience here. This is a vodka, whiskey and bourbon distillery tasting room. I like that their drink menu has tasting flights with shooters and also shooters-plus-cocktails or cocktail-plus-cocktail at very affordable prices on par with a beer brewery flight. The flavors are extremely unique and special, and it's wonderful to be able to try a bunch. Their "BSB" (brown sugar bourbon) is their signature, most popular flavor and an absolute must for first timers and bourbon lovers. You can choose bottles to ship home, and there is a minimum order to get free shipping. Sadly, I learned they do not ship to California due to regulations on shipping alcohol. They sell small travel size bottles of some of their unique flavors like lavender, which make nice gifts or for yourself. I will definitely come back and bring people here next time I'm in Gig Harbor / Seattle.

Oh my god I am SO HAPPY I came across this hidden gem in downtown Gig Harbor!! The distillery has premium real estate on the corner, with a view of the waterfront, and complete with an outdoor area for patrons. Christy made my visit experience unforgettable. She has fantastic industry knowledge and expert drink recommendations. I walked away with a couple bottles of their Cocoa Bum whiskey to make some more drinks at home for friends and family! Shoutout to the other employees who made my day great, too! Christy, Abby, Jenner, and Hayden -- cheers! You guys are great!

Loved this place! The tasting includes small pours of the straight product or in cocktail form - super clever. I tried the madness along with a small pour of hibiscus and coconut vodka. The hibiscus is quite sweet on its own, the bartender recommended adding to la croix. The coconut was smoother, but the madness was the best of all. It featured the blood orange vodka. Very reasonably priced and fun space!

The atmosphere is warm and lively, the location is perfect, and the entire staff made the experience feel elevated without being pretentious. We had a 5:15 dinner reservation and the restaurant was already packed, which honestly says a lot. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about both the wine list and menu, and every recommendation felt thoughtfully curated. The food was phenomenal. We have the chef special which was a chicken skin dish and the short rib pasta with the added burrata; flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. Definitely one of those places that feels just as good for a casual night out as it does for celebrating something special. Happy hour menu now is pretty bleak. My negroni was excellent but the old-fashioned flavor was off and seemed watered down. The bacon wrapped dates had only two dates on a stick for $6! Wish they would at least write quantity (2) on the menu if not give 3-4 as a tapa. They were out of bread buns for the HH burger even though it was 4:30pm and so we got the regular menu potato croquettes instead. They were ok but essentially just 4 giant tater tots for $14. I miss the pickled veggies with pimiento cheese and bread! And their happy hour with pasta used to be the bomb.

We arrived slightly before our seating time and noticed plenty of open tables, but the hostess was less than accommodating and unwilling to seat us early. However, on a spontaneous decision, my husband and I finally gave it a try one day. Our first experience was quite pleasant--I enjoyed a Bloody Mary (Bunny's Brew) and a burger, while my husband savored some wine along with the spicy pork belly sandwich. We also started with a meatball appetizer. Overall, we appreciated the good service, charming ambiance, and delicious food. Our second visit was even better, especially sitting by the window with stunning views. Once again, the service was excellent, and the food was truly tasty. I had another Bloody Mary (Cooper & Salt Bloody) and spaghetti pomodoro. I can't quite recall what my husband ordered, but I remember sharing a delightful Tiramisu for dessert. By the third time, we came with the family to enjoy dessert after lunch. Most recently, during our fourth visit with friends, we found that the service and menu remained consistently enjoyable. All in all, this is a fantastic place to dine, with beautiful outdoor views--even on rainy days. My one curiosity is whether the menu changes? Although every visit has been wonderful, seeing some new dishes would make the experience even more special!

Now, I'd just had some bad things happen in my life and was looking for something that might bring me some joy, so I ordered the strip even though it was a little pricey, and I didn't know much about the place. My brother in Christ, let me tell you, that was the most gloriously delicious steak I've ever eaten. Cooked perfectly. Buttery. An almost crackling crust. Seasoned well but not overwhelming. My wife's noodles were also fantastic, but that steak was out of this world. She made me trade once she tasted it. We finished with a really nice, not too sweet chocolate mousse. They nailed all of it. I'm as shocked as anyone to tell you that this was the best restaurant meal I've ever had, and I don't like anything.

This place commits to sourcing almost everything they have locally and they make a lot of their own base ingredients including every sauce they serve. The Ruby Brink is particularly well suited as a good bar that still has restaurant class food, especially if you just go out with your adult friends and not necessarily your family of five. Different restaurants are tiered to different clientele and I especially appreciate that they serve their target audience: adults looking for a damn good meal, super well! Their menu is prepared every single day depending on what's available at the time. Don't be surprised if you see different dishes on it from just going there a week previous. In my opinion this keeps it fun although they still make sure to keep their classic favorites around. Definitely five out of five stars for me
