First time, but definitely not the last. The owners were so nice. They told us stories about how they started their distillery. You definitely have to try the flights. Those flavored Vodka's? Wow the flavors are amazing. Maybe a little club soda and you're set! No other mixer required. Very nice base Vodka. Fresh, clean with a herbal flavor on the back side. Loved the Lemon Drop, Espresso & Fruit Punch. Apple Pie definitely tastes like apple pie with that cinnamon coming in at the end. Raspberry Scone smells creamy and ends with that vanilla scone on the back end. And let's not forget about the Bourbon. Smooth with caramel notes. I left with 2 bottles but will be back for more! read more

Always love going to the local distilleries in my area. The experiences are always very good and the products excellent quality! And Night Side is no exception to this. We went here when we were by a nearby brewery for lunch and beer and this place was right up the road. We had a tasting and had a quite a variety of the products they have. I got their Lemon Drop Vodka which was amazing! I also purchased one of their own award winning products which was an espresso vodka . It was so good and I can see why it's one of their best selling products. Both the Lemon Drop and the Espresso vodkas lived up to their name perfectly. The other tasted great as well but what I purchased was definitely my favorites from here! read more

Small - independent craft distillery in Milton. Blink and you will pass it in the strip mall. Tasting room is basic - not a lot of frills. Vodka - is vodka. Not a huge bite and fairly smooth - more of a mixing vodka than sipping. Gin - nice floral notes with a base of juniper. Whiskey - needs time to mature. Went for the first time and it was a cool space. Comfortably seats about 25 people inside and 10 more outside. Owners were a hoot and there are many options to sample. My two favorites were the Espresso and the Apple Bourbon. Met some friendly locals and had a very nice time. There's a salon next door so also a great location to wait while someone else is getting a trim. read more

How about barely tolerating a family bbq? Well they've got lemon or fruit punch vodka to discreetly drop in your lemonade glass. Looking for something to help you get through Aunt Betty's dogshow stories at Thanksgiving? The apple pie vodka's for you! They've pretty much got a medicament for all my reasons for spiking my drinks. I heard about this place through a coworker who was raving about the espresso vodka and I was like- my two favorite vices rolled into one package? Sign. Me. Up. The location is a bit off path and we had to drive to the back of building before we saw a little sign promising libations datta way. The guy tending the tasting room was low key, knowledgeable about the products and generous with his pours, my kinda man. The majority of their products are made with good ol apple juice, which automatically means it's all good for you...right? They have a variety of tantalizing options of flavored vodkas and then a couple of nice plain vodkas, gin, whiskey. Most of their products are gluten free for the alcohol loving members of the ihateglutenclub. The tasting room is super small, so don't plan a large group if you appreciate a decent safety bubble. Samples are free and you know you'll be going home with a reasonably priced bottle of that espresso vodka no one will even suspect on a Monday morning. I have been frequenting this hidden gem for a few months now and I can't help but keep coming back. Tom and Ray are two of the owners I run into the most, and they're great to gab with while I try to figure out which vodka to go home with. The apple pie is divine, the lemondrop is delicious, the fruit punch is like an adult Hawaiian Punch, the espresso is delectible ... need I go on? They even have a mustard that is a must try...but be warned, it's got a bit of a kick. Great as a dip or on a sandwich. read more

A very small but intimate place! Came here for a yelp event and the owners are nothing shy of spectacular! My favorites are the fruit punch and apple pie vodka! I can't wait to bring my friends here! This craft distillery has an extensive collection of spirits! From the espresso vodka using locally sourced beans for the cold brew they use to make the vodka, to the just simple rye that is quite good at the price point. The bourbon is super solid and their apple bourbon using Washington apples will satisfy those with a sweet tooth. I have tried most of their offerings neat, but they would make great cocktails as well. The staff is super friendly and I am excited for their soon to be released single malt! read more

I was visiting Seattle and we came to Nightside to do a tasting. The new tasting room is very inviting and fun. I loved the Lemon Drop, Raspberry, Apple Pie and Espresso Vodka's. Their Vodka's (no flavoring) were also excellent. I also loved the Aquavit, it is a very interesting flavor. My sister said it was like drinking a forest. Apparently I like drinking a forest. We got to see the distillery and where the tasting use to take place. Owners are very nice and knowledgeable about their products. The place was amazing and I highly recommend going. It was worth the drive from Seattle!!! read more

The smallest little distillery offers some big flavors and is owned/staffed by friendly people. They offer tastes, so nothing is purchased untested. I bought the bourbon (yum) as a gift and kept the Lemondrop and Apple Pie all to myself. It's only open on weekends, but it's worth a drive up North Hill. read more

Love their booze! They have great prices, don't charge for tastings, and everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. The location is in a storage unit, which is different, but they have the still and whole process in there to see which is pretty neat. read more
