We were first quoted $295, but after the wrong part was installed, the cost jumped to $498. We ended up paying $692 total for what should've been a straightforward fix. Management refused to take responsibility or offer meaningful compensation--just a future diagnostic credit, which we don't need. Not a company that stands behind its work if something goes wrong.
