I had to pick my son up from school right in the middle of the appointment window, and of course he called and was 15 minutes out and I was 20-25 minutes deep in a carpool line...no problem I'll see you then. Less than an hour later the culprit was found, one of the kid's socks had found it's way into the impeller. Tested a cycle and everything works great. Service call + the fix was $180, barely more than some places want just to come out and diagnose. If you're needing an appliance repaired, don't hesitate to call them!!

Needed an igniter for my oven, they were the 1st that answered the phone, several called me back…read morelater. I had already trouble shooted that it was the igniter and had it all apart, this was Monday and appointment was Thursday. Checked local stores and the original Frigidaire igniter at Lowe's was under $30. It has very easy access with 2 wires to cut and connect with wire nuts, and 2 small screws. I could complete in under 20 minutes if not for my 3 herniated disc, so $30 and 20 minutes later would be cooking. They have some overhead but are a husband and wife with 1 tech that lives by them(nice guy). So after paying $252.33 for 20 minutes I contacted the wife who was very defensive and acting like she knows nothing about her business ? She promised the tech or her husband would call me to discuss the bill from February 10, 2022 and today is 29 days later and never a call ? ? ?

This company was assigned to repair my oven by my HWS. After, not hearing from the company after 72…read morehours I attempted to call them several times to schedule the appt. 2 weeks later the technician came out and "repaired" the oven. The exact same day the oven stopped working again. I contacted the company immediately regarding this and left numerous v/m and txt messages. After not getting a response I reached back out to my HWS and they attempted to call the vendor and was unsuccessful on several attempts. I was finally able to reach someone and the recall appt was made for 10/19 no time was given which is fine cause I work from home. At 1:45pm I called the vendor and spoke with the "owner" because no one had showed up. She told me the technician was having a terrible day and was running behind. At 2:40 my husband came home and said there was a card in the door from the vendor. I was livid because no one knocked on the door or called. After talking to my neighbor, we learned the technician stuck the card in the door and left. Again, I called and spoke with the owner and was told that she would put me on the schedule for the following day 10/20. She also mentioned that the technician was working late and if he were able would come back by. It was already after 5:30pm when we had this conversation. At 7pm we got tired of waiting and decided to use the stove top to make dinner. 10/20 the technician never showed up. I called and spoke with "owner" and was told that the technician stated, he wasn't coming out because he came out 2x on 10/19 but also told me that I was not the only person missed that day. I'm not sure who's being dishonest the technician or the owner. I find it strange that no phone calls were ever made by the technician to say he was on the way or that he arrived. But okay, 10/26 appt made for technician to come out and again no one showed up. 10/26 HWS spoke with vendor and was told someone was coming out that day, again no one showed up. 10/29 HWS transferred me to another vendor after not having an oven for greater than 1 month. This company is deplorable with terrible customer service and dishonest staff. DON'T USE...

We go through home warranty and the ONLY thing they have to do is edit an incorrect report sent in by them! Please don't waste your time, money, or energy on this place. This refrigerator repair company clearly does not value your time--or your business. They showed up…read morelate to the appointment with no call or notification, which was already frustrating. Once the technician finally arrived, things only got worse. He actually asked to borrow a tool from me, spent a lot of time on his phone trying to figure things out, and even had to call another tech for help. After all that, he gave me a guess about why my freezer wasn't working, while also trying to redirect me by saying my refrigerator might still be under warranty and that I should contact them instead. That's something that should have been clarified before the appointment, not after wasting my time. Now, four days later, my freezer is still not working. The part hasn't even been ordered, and I've been told yet another technician needs to come out. To make matters worse, they've given me another vague 4-5 hour window to wait around for them. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and zero sense of urgency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
