I was super excited to visit this Farmers Market, I even woke up early on a Saturday (something I…read morenever do) to get out here early and do some shopping. We walked to the fairgrounds and it was fairly easy to find. The fairground is large and we did end up at the wrong spot at first. We headed towards a large building that many people were walking to, assuming this would be the market. It wasn't. It was the ice rink but we walked over to the Farmers Market right after. The market is smaller than I thought it would be. It was super crowded inside with really rude people, so it turned me off a bit. There was also less than I thought there would be in here. We didn't find any gifts or anything that we would want to buy really. There were only 2 produce stands that sold the same thing (and they looked like grocery store items.) Overall, I don't think I would come back to this market but I can see why people would want to check it out.

They also have gluten free bakeries as well as local honey and meat. I purchased some meat and it was truly fresh and delicious. Great way to support your local farmers and businesses!!

A very nice spot for a farmers market! about 5 minutes drive from downtown bozeman, with lots of…read morevendors. there were vendors outside as well as inside; if you are bringing a dog keep in mind the dogs are not allowed inside the building, only to walk around the outside section! (except service dogs) About the vendors: there is not very much produce, it is mostly small businesses with their crafts and materialistic things such as jewelry, bags, art, etc. There are some sweet treats such as cookies and candy but not very much fresh produce so don't fully rely on finding that. I would recommend if you're looking for a fun activity and enjoy small business like vendors! also i coped myself some freeze dried ice cream and my mom got a bag! :))

We were visiting from out of town and we were told to check out the Gallatin Farmer's Market. It…read morewas a huge let down. There was a spattering of vendors with a minimal amount of produce. We found more knitting and tchotchkes than anything else. We were there for only 30 minutes and will not return. These are hard working people and I can't take it out on them. The families are teaching their children to collect eggs, bake pies and pastries but the administrators need to step up and make the success of this venture a priority.
