They now don't greet you, just hand you cups without explanation, don't say "thanks for coming" or any engagement whatsoever. The owner needs to take an interest and step up their hospitality training. There are too many other coffee shops between our house and this one that we've driven out of way to support for 5 years. I'm not sure they had one, but the girl working that day recommended the white chocolate marshmallow latte. Her recommendation was perfect: enough caffeine to get the day started and enough flavor to make me miss the coffee taste. After drinking half the cup, my teeth were screaming for relief from the sweetness. I'm not sure if the buzz was from the caffeine or sugar, really.
