With the deer he did for me he made some amazing sausage and his steaks were perfectly cut. He is by far my number 1 choice for game processing compared to other places I have used in Montana. The half pig he did for me has been great so far. The chops were cut at perfect thickness and the cured bacon is awesome. He deboned the ham for me and cured and smoked that as well (we are looking forward to trying it). With the game and the pig his packaging has been excellent and everything is perfectly labeled so no mystery packages to open up months down the road. He's got a really clean running operation in Belgrade and I will certainly be using him again the next time I am in need of some meat! He does pigs, beef, lamb, and whatever else you might need. Then, when looking at the cookies, the ginger cookies had no icing on them at all, but used to have a big puddle on top. And the M&M cookies had the same fate as the hamburger buns---flat! There doesn't seem to be much quality control going on, and someone has either got the recipe wrong or the oven temps aren't right. The bakery used to be a real highlight of the store, but now it's just sad. It was at one time my main draw, but no more; Safeway's cookies look much better. Also---one more point, it would be nice if Rosaur's could provide diced veggies, such as onions, celery, peppers. They are a great help to people who work, as they save so much prep time. We actually bought metal bbq trays and had deli paper printed with photos of us and everyone thought that was super cute and a unique touch so I loved that we got to choose our own for that.
