We have a patio, but your dogs not allowed. That's fine as it's the restaurants rules. They could only accommodate us outside anyways. When we asked if they could put the two four tops together the server (older and blonde hair) said no but you can. Please bear in mind we had disabled relative whose mobility issues were very noticeable and had made the walk all the way to the patio. Our party decided that point to leave based on this server's attitude and service received before even ordering. None of this would normally warrant a negative review from me. The behavior by this same server after did. While I went at a slower pace outside with my disabled relative, the server was talking poorly about our party to another table stating they didn't need our business anyways and were fine with us leaving. This conversation continued for a few minutes. That right there is a red flag for any hospitality establishment and speaks poorly of their team and ownership. To be honest, this was probably a blessing in disguise as the food I saw on the few diners they actually had tables looked on par with microwaveable food. If you are thinking of other dining options, do yourself a favor and go with the alternative.

I saw a lady go inside and come back out before one of the cars left, but I have no idea if she called ahead. When it was my turn I explained it was my first time and she grabbed all of the menus even the seasonal one and let me look at them. She said they also had some pastries and burritos. I ordered the bacon burrito, but I think I got sausage which was fine because it was delicious! I ordered two drinks because I couldn't decide. I loved the caramel apple chai! The maple cardamom latte was good but not my favorite, but that's on me. The presentation was great. My pup even got a little pup cup. I liked the inspirational handwritten note on the bag. It was a nice touch. I've tried to do that for my customers too. Kindness matters. This placed definitely hits the spot and I would recommend supporting them just on friendly service alone but the drinks and food make it extra cool. I had read in another review about a free pastry, but that didn't happen. I think that is when they have extra perhaps or special cases. As a baker I get it, it's expensive to give product away for free and is certainly not expected.

She just keeps going I left without making the purchase. She lost over a $30 sale for the store because of her bad attitude and not just that sale I won't go there again because of her I'm sure other people have had to deal with her poor attitude as well. I do not recommend this place at all. It's too bad that it's a great store but people have to deal with someone like that when they're trying to get some help.
