When I insisted I had talked to someone and I expected them to honor the phone call, that person came and let me exchange my plant. I asked for a solid paneled barricade that was leaf proof and highly private. What I got was exactly what I needed and hoped for from leveling the ground, steel posts wooden sashes and topped off with a redwood lattice top. Keith dug deep holes and used concrete for the posts and from start to finish completed the removal and cleanup of the old fence and debris replacing the rotted mess in less than 2 days. I love how it was designed. Hidden heavy duty metal posts that are doubled at the gates. Welded metal framed gate structure cross braced against sagging. Higher quality cedar than what's available at the box stores and redwood top cap and stainless steel torx screws. No nails. This qualified as very good value for the high quality of work performed and the materials used. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with the results.

Their supposed lead showed up multiple times seemingly intoxicated and was extremely aggressive with the working staff. The unprofessionalism with profanity, aggressive behavior, smoking on the job site and leaving the cigarette buds needs to evaluated from within.
