We just moved into our home in Minden, NV. We have a crawlspace construction and wanted a professional to come check it out, as well as tell us about the existing dehumidifier, with which we were not familiar. Leonard came out, did an inspection and gave it all a clean bill of health. He gave us advice on the existing vents and said there was nothing that needed to be done. The young men who came out to do the work were absolutely Great. The Office personnel were super friendly and professional. The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is that I was told that if the job use less material or took less time, the difference would be adjusted on the balance of the bill. The job was finished 4 days earlier than expected and there was no adjustment. My advice is: Get everything in writing B4 you sign anything. read more

I called Ray Madole the owner he took the time to have his scheduler call me to reserve a time to come do a inspection. They sent Peter Louvat out and he took a good 2 hours to inspect my home using sophisticated foundation equipment to guarantee no variance in the foundation was at hand at that point, and really put our concerns to rest. They took a hour drive to and from Washoe Valley and did all that work only to find the foundation was sound and wanted no compensation. I haven't hired them (yet), so this review is purely based on my experience with the sales associate / estimator. Peter was a refreshing change from what I am used to. He did not try to sell me on any of his products, listened to my entire issue and history, and provided his recommendations on what should be done to remedy the situation - none of which involve his company! Pure honesty about the situation and recommended next steps. He did provide me a quote for the service I called to have quoted (SmartSump for water leaking into basement) and if I am unsuccessful with the more simple remediations first, I will absolutely be calling Peter at Madole back to have them complete the job. read more

We recently contracted with Madole Construction to repair cracks, level and seal our 15 year old driveway and walkways. Madole's communication was excellent. They responded to the request for an estimate quickly and not only showed up on time, but kept us informed of their ETA. They scheduled the work a reasonable time in the near future and as the date approached they were actually able to arrive days early. The crew for our job were two young men named Cory and Austin. They were polite, informative and very skilled. We are very pleased with the job and would definitely do business with Madole again. It really looks like we have a new driveway. read more

EXCELLENT Company to work with. The crew of Larry, Felipe and Spencer fixed the corner foundation of our home. They worked hard and diligently, and their expertise and knowledge was very evident. Definitely feel safe in our house now. They also built a deck in our backyard and it is so strong and beautiful. We just LOVE IT!! We reached out in 2021 to get our driveway and possibly garage fixed. We were satisfied with the quote and the good reviews so we asked to be put on the 2021 calendar. The date and time they gave us came and went and nothing. No one came. They wanted to then schedule us later In the year when it's freezing (late Oct) so we decided to wait and do it in 2022. We decided to fix our driveway and not the inside of the garage. They came out and completed some of the work. We have emailed pictures and have asked them to come back out to evaluate and see the parts that were not done and to date, they have not. They have stopped returning emails and have not returned our calls. I do not recommend them. We have areas that were not done and some areas that were not completely filled in. read more

These guys are very honest and kind. They came out do give a quote on a Turtl cover for my crawl space access. I really appreciate their honesty. They recommended to wait until I redo the patio to install it because they would have to cut into the concrete to install it. This represents the great integrity this company has. Instead of trying to make money off me they gave solid advice that would bring the best value for my money. I will definitely use them when the tine comes plus for any other need I have that they can do. I believe it was a Father/Son duo. I like the family run business. read more

Can't seem to bother to provide an estimate for service. Waited two weeks for them to come out, discussed what they can and cannot do...then nothing. Waited a few weeks because I knew they were busy, then called. Apparently, estimate wasn't even written up. Was advised they would get back to me that day...then crickets. A week later & no return call, no estimate, nothing. They were really nice to talk to over the phone, and estimator came out as scheduled, but frustrated that I waited for them with 0 results. These guys were fantastic! We called about a sunken porch and got an appointment for an estimate. Just before they came out, we discovered a bigger issue with our back patio so the estimate's focus shifted. Not only did Madole fix the problems we knew we had, they took care of the surprises that showed themselves on the day of work, they did everything earlier than scheduled, in less time than expected and with big smiles and great attitudes! We had Madole come out to provide foam fill under a step to stop a leak in our cinder block foundation. While there was no assurance that this would fix the problem, in the process of filling, they damaged the concrete step. The step is now cracked all the way through. They were not instructed to keep adding foam to resolve the leak issue. Ray Madole and Warren Kinson came to our home to see the damage. They did not offer to fix the step. They said they would acid etch it to make it less visible. Ray Madole was rude. When I asked him a question, he would answer in a defensive manner and only reply to my husband. Warren said several times "Concrete does two things...it gets hard and it cracks" What a stupid thing to say! The concrete was not cracked before the work was performed and would not have cracked for many years to come. We decided not have Madole do any additional "cosmetic" repair to the step. So....at then end of the day....we still have a leak and now have a cracked step all for the ridiculous price of 3500 bucks! Hind Site...do not take short cuts!! A few cracks above interior doors have shown up recently in my home. A bit of Internet research said this could be a sign of foundation problems. Madole Construction did a free inspection and told me it was normal settling, nothing to worry about. I appreciate their honesty... some businesses would tell me there is a problem even if there isn't just to generate a job. read more

Sean and his wonderful team understood my worries and frustration. We had the worst smell coming from standing water in our crawl space. Sump pump stopped working and I was about to evacuate my family. They got started within a month, and found multiple leaks and problems allowing us to call a plumber before getting started again. We have had this system for 7 months now and it is bone dry even with the flooding Northern Nevada weather. The crew was wonderful and personable. Not underpaid contractors. Very satisfied. read more
