Therefore, the bride had to get ready downstairs. The lady who was in charge asked for the check in the middle of the couple getting pictures. They stood and stared at us the entire time, it was just odd and unprofessional. Some of the servers were nice and the food was good, but as a future bride, I will not be considering this venue. Be ready for the heat but they do supply two large industrial-sized outdoor A/C cooling in the reception tent. There are 2 unisex bathrooms for your guests to use located in the main house. The main house is mainly used for staging small foods, getting the wedding party ready, or for small groups to hang out in. Most of the activity on this property is going to happen outside - plan for the elements. The grounds had awesome and beautiful landscaping and tons of space for a lot of activities. You've got open fields, seating, a fire pit, and a few small gardens. You can easily have a huge wedding here, a family reunion, or a large corporate event. The only limitation would be on-site parking. Great space and venue outside of Knoxville.

She was amazing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and well documented. The way she described things was so perfectly done, that sounded so real and vivid and done with such great devotion. She truly made it incredible. The way photos, pictures, artifacts, etc are preserved is exceptional. Obviously, many things have been renovated and updated, but all keeping the glare of the old days. My parents and I went to visit first because my fiance was out of town, but as soon as he returned, I told him we had to go see it together. The pictures do not do this venue justice; it is a hidden gem that has a great amount of elegance and charm. The main ceremony location is well shaded and was perfect for our June wedding. The accommodations for the bridal party (separate spaces for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen) was extremely comfortable for getting ready throughout the day. The reception spot is beautiful without decorations (which is a huge plus)! Sandy was great at finalizing the details and everything went smoothly before, during, and after the wedding. Also, it was so nice that the chairs, tables, linens, chargers, and even some other decorations were included in the pricing; that is hard to find. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and I highly recommend you paying The Julianna a visit because you will likely fall in love!

There's something so novel about using your lunch break to listen to live jazz! So much fun.
