So I did end up giving this place another try and grabbing a Groupon for one of my sons a couple of months ago. From what I could gather, the masseuse did a really good job getting the knots out of his shoulders, and he usually needs alot of work. Well this was my first visit to the Man Cave. I just wanted a basic chair massage after a long day and as I walked in and Amanda greeted me with a beautiful smile. She got me all set up in the chair and did an extremely thorough deep tissue massage even though we weren't using one of the beds. Afterwards we talked for awhile and they even had a complimentary drink! I will definitely come back again and ask for Amanda she is awesome! read more

Four of us went in on Sunday afternoon to use our Specialicious/Amazon offers we purchased for manicure/pedicures. We were greeted and promptly introduced to our technicians- and even though we were using special offers, we never felt we were treated any differently than any other patrons. We were all offered a beverage of our choice, which we all enjoyed during our services. Both the owners and other employees were friendly and welcoming. I went today for my first visit. My objective was to find a good beard trimmer local to where I work and live. I decided to give it the full go. I don't have pedicure or manicure experiences to compare with what I experienced today, but what I will say is that it was awesome. Had a Devil's Backbone or two and enjoyed a cigar. Tina was fantastic on the hand and foot thing. Ron was fantastic taming the beard beast and what a great haircut. I was sold - I bought into the year membership program. Sometimes after you make such a purchase you have buyers remorse; well when I got home my wife remarked that my beard and hair looked great and better than it had in years. I called and scheduled a massage and haircut for my boyfriend after he had a really stressful couple of weeks. They took such good care of him. When I picked him up after he was all done, he was smiling and actually walking differently! He felt so much better and relaxed! His haircut looks amazing on him and he said the masseuse made him feel comfortable and relaxed. He even received a complimentary beer. He's already talking about his next visit. I arrived late for the last appointment of the day on a miserable saturday afternoon. I had a whole Chewbacca hair and bearded thing going on.. Ron and the Delightful Ms. Stoyanovich welcomed me like I was the first customer of the day. Ron asked me specifically what I wanted and told me what he was going to do..and DID IT! My wife was so surprised she said she did not recognize me at first! They created a an atmosphere that was a warm friendly island on a cold night. The conversation floated around the room among the customers and staff so easily it reminded me of my favorite hangout bar in Brooklyn. I just grew a beard and Ron explained to me how it should be shaped and trimmed...he introduced me to sample some awesome Beard Oil! Ron and Ms. Stoyanovich were so casual, yet professional and skilled I hope my hair grows out quickly so I can go back! I recently moved and was looking for a convenient place to get my haircut that could do a little more than a standard barber shop. I saw some good reviews for the Old Towne Man Cave so I set up an appointment. When I called I described what I was looking for and was told I should make an appointment with Ron. I showed up at noon on a Sunday and Ron was ready to go. He made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and went to work. While I was there I had great conversations with Ron, several members of his staff, and another client. It was a very enjoyable experience. The cut was exactly what I asked for, and I believe the price is very reasonable considering the type of establishment. I've already made my next appointment to see Ron. I would recommend this place to any guy looking for a great hair cut. read more

I got a haircut here about a week ago. Ron gelled my hair (which I did not want) so I left not really being able to see my haircut in all its glory. I got home washed the stuff out and noticed that he had done a terrible job blending the top of my hair into the sides. Also Ron cut it much shorter along my part than I wanted. It flat out looks awful. I have been wearing a hat even in my own apartment because I don't want people to see my hair. read more

Great relaxed atmosphere. Amazing Staff. We took a friend there to celebrate his 50th birthday with a bit of style. From the minute we walked in the door, the staff was waiting on us hand and foot (literally!). Ron immediately acknowledged us and had us lined up for haircuts and shaves. Clearly they were expecting us and even though we arrived 15 minutes early they sprang into action and got us rolling. Mo the owner quickly got our beer & wine orders and got us set up in our oversized leather chairs with individual remote controls and big-screen TVs. Manis and Pedis with Jovana and Ally were great. Haircuts and shaves with Ron were also great. We purchased three "Caveman Specials" that also included lunch at Okra's down the street. The food there was great as was the service. We will definitely be back again! I'm not a huge fan of cigar smoke and was a little concerned about how smoky the place might be. It wasn't. One guy lit up while we were there. As soon as he lit up, they turned on a very effective air handling system that exhausted the smoke very well. Not sure how it might get if a lot of people lit up at once. Holding back 1 star because they don't take American Express. read more

After not getting the best haircuts the last few times at my usual place, I decided to see what the hype was about and check this place out. I'm SO SO glad I did. Easily the best haircut and beard trim I've gotten. I didn't catch their names but the guy and female apprentice that tag teamed my cut were super friendly and made my visit that much more enjoyable. The place has an awesome look and vibe as well and I wouldn't mind spending time in there. I definitely will be back and next time will take advantage of some of the other services they have available. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me today! read more

I work in Manassas and have been eager to try the Old Towne Man Cave since it opened. I recently saw a voucher on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I arrived a few minutes early for my massage and was greeted at the door by Amanda and Ron. Amanda brought me a beer and sat me down to fill out the standard medical/issue form for my massage. After I completed the form, Amanda took me upstairs where we had a talk about the specific issues that I have been experiencing, we discussed that with the issues I have been experiencing (hint: I have a lot of issues with my back) she could either give the standard full body massage (hitting all the parts) or we could focus on my issues since properly addressing them would probably take most if not all of the session, I opted for the latter. Once we had the paperwork and talk out of the way, we got started. Amanda definitely did not rush her work and I feel like I got every cent out my experience. As she worked I could noticeably feel the knots in my back releasing and she even spent a few minutes extra working on the tendinitis in my elbows. This was definitely a top notch massage and I can't wait to schedule my Next appointment. Following my massage, I had scheduled a haircut appointment with Ron. I'm not sure how much I can say about Ron and his services (this isn't a bad thing). Ron was the consummate professional barber. He does good work with great attention to detail and a friendly demeanor. I left with an excellent haircut. My only regret from my trip to the Old Towne Man Cave was that I either forgot or didn't realize that tips were cash only. If you're like me and pay for everything with a debit card, this could be a problem if you don't realize it going in. Needless to say, the tip I left for Amanda was inadequate for the service she provided. I guess this gives me an excuse to schedule another appointment! read more

I love coming to this amazing place for some amazing man care. wonderful staff and wonderful services. could not ask for a better place. will continue to come to this man cave. There was a very inconsiderate rude, disrespectful English man that came in while I was in the chair that had an appointment as well, due to the extreme weather we had my man Mr. Ron was running a tad behind schedule. When he left he was very rude and disrespectful and made false allegations on his review of this shop on Yelp... This establishment makes sure that every customer gets amazing attention in the chair and full devotion from Ron or Yogi. He complained and cried like a female. I believe there is a Hair Cuttery in Manassas somewhere... I'm sure they would be more then glad to give you very little attention and a shitty haircut. I respect this establishment very much as they are the best around,Very respectful and very professional; prices are a little high but for the quality of service and work they give I'll continue to make appointments and wait patiently and get my attention in the chair when it's my turn. to leave the shop looking 250% clean and pampered like a man should feel, just like wives and ladies feel when they leave a nail shop...... Love this place!! Ron is awesome, and does a phenomenal job with shaves, haircuts, managing the front when the owners are out, and anything else that needs to be done to make sure the clients are having the best experience. I never leave Yelp reviews (in fact, created an account just to leave this one), but this place deserves 5 stars. For about the same price as similar services anywhere else, you get to smoke a cigar, have comfortable seats, a free beer or wine, a chance to watch any sports or TV you like, and super friendly folks. I typically see Jovana for a repair pedicure, and she is awesome! On the off chance she is not available, every other person I've seen has done a great job as well. Owners really know their business, and one is a former Seal. When he's there, he always makes time to come over, chat, and ensure everything is going well. This place was a hidden gem! From the moment my son and I walked through the door we were made to feel welcomed. This was my first visit and only the second barber I trusted to trim my beard. When I sat down Ron asked me what I wanted to go with, but because I had been going to the same barber for the past two years, I didn't know how to explain what it was that I wanted. I gave him a pretty vague description of what I was looking for and he went to work. He was awesome and was able to get the exact look I was asking for. This place has the great atmosphere, perfect customer service, and one hell of a barber. As long as I have a beard to cut I will be going to the Old Towne Man Cave! read more
