I get called while they're working in the car to ask if I want an oil change as well, it would cost an additional $75.00 plus. I refused as I asked 5 people in my office and consulted Kelly Blue Book website, all of who said oil change should be part of a major tune-up. I got the car, they did not check the tire pressure and left that light on. They did not fill windshield wiper fluid. They basically changed spark plugs, air and cabin filters, PCV valve, and that was it. ALSO note they advised me to change the spark plugs and their advice was unnecessary and self-serving. I did not request that service, I went in and requested a tune-up. Now, I still need to finish getting the car serviced but at a different garage as I will not return to Millers Corners Garage. 4/8/2023 Update: Went to Lia Honda who charged me $155.00 including tax for 5000 mile maintenance and to change oil and rotate tires, change fluids, etc... They said they were "very sorry" when I showed them the invoice from Millers Corners Garage. They said that you only change spark plugs and do a valve adjust after 100k miles. My car has under 18,500 miles. Millers Corners tole me I needed to change the spark plugs and do a valve adjust. That was untrue. Three techs of Lia Honda looked at the Millers Corners invoice and shook their heads, saying sorry to me. They all said it looks like I was cheated.

The dealer told me I needed to replace a caliper and (basically brand new) brake. I took my car here for a second opinion where they explained why the caliper might be leaking, how it might be affecting the brake, and under what circumstances the brake would have to be replaced. They updated me every step of the way and were able to replace the caliper and avoiding replacing my nearly new brake. I really appreciated that they took the time to check in with me when they looked at the car, when the part came in, and when the work was completed. I don't know much, if anything, about cars but I really appreciated it when they explained everything in great detail so I can better understand what's happening with my own car. Also, it's a little thing, but every time I've interacted with anyone at this garage, they called me by my name and even remembered my partner's name when he went to pick up my car for me. I'm definitely coming here for all my car service from now on.

I used to go to the dealers or chains like Midas or Monro for stuff but always felt I was being pushed to do more service for my car than what is really necessary. Guys at CDT, Bill, etc. have always treated myself and my lady friend right. Honest assessment of what really needs to be done, and a fair price. For example, couple years ago, oxygen sensor on my Miata went, (I know, I have a ODB II reader). Took it to the dealer... they diagnosed the problem correctly (not hard to do with a reader) charged me $99 for the diagnoses, but claimed (actually insisted) that the O2 sensor was fine. Left the dealership and a few miles later the check light came back on again. I wasn't going to go back again.. went to CDT, they figured out the problem, replaced the correct sensor, and it only too like $120 total. I had, over numerous years, had many repairs done at CDT and the fixes have so far all lasted (ie. when car breaks again a year or 2 later it is something completely unrelated). They don't do engine replacements, or exhaust work (at least not the catalytic converter on my car) or transmission work, but as far as I know they do all other types of engine repair, electrical work, etc. Smart guys that have really good experience and treat their customer like regular people. These are real mechanics. I do still go to Mavis for tires and exhaust work, and Jiffy Lube for oil changes, but for anything else (well, except for a very recent transmission work which they don't do) I go to CDT. I have sent friends to them as well.

This is my first visit. The location is conveniently right off of the highway. The signage is…read moreexcellent. I was immediately able to locate the Ford sign from a mile away. When I turned onto the road to enter Ford there was ample signage for the service area. I knew exactly which direction to turn into to enter service, where to park and there was also a service sign with enter here directly over the service entrance area. This is always helpful when this is your first visit. They immediately served me and entered my information and I signed up for shuttle service, but because I arrived so early. They said they could have my car serviced early so I could drive myself. I said great, I'll wait. 15 minutes before they promised to have the car done the service rep came and told me they were done with one finding and if I opted to have that service they would still have me done on time. Well, unfortunately, my car wasn't done on time and when I went to the service rep he apologized and said there was no charge for the service that day. I truly appreciated that they stand by their word. They also have a coffee service which I totally appreciate as a cup of joe in the morning person. I'll definitely be back.
