Whom ever owns Red-Kap needs to take a long look at the structure they have developed through their GM-Store Manager down to their associates. I remember that this particular location was always great in customer service the people that worked here before a couple of years ago were great in communication and always were helpful in any questions I had including service to my needs (gas etc.). I always left this location with a smile on my face and since they have turned over in employing other individuals this place has gone down the tubes in service. This should be a standard that all retail establishments hold themselves accountable in good customer relations. This is evident in having a good customer experience that keep them loyal to your brand. But this company has a glaring lack of care of what I'm speaking to of consumers perception in positive feedback ultimately this will hurt their bottom line in the long run and I hope good customer service people that have proper etiquette in retail do not consider employment with this company. Also furthermore I've seen some visible favoritism especially to young ladies. VERY SAD! Looking over good talent to appease higher up visuals of women is not only 1950 sexist behavior but speaks to the company of a whole in their agenda, DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Service is okay but sometimes the people aren't at the desk. The bathroom is a little gross but at least they have one. The water is pretty decent and I come here for cheap gas in the middle of the night whenever I drive through Albany pretty much.
