English is not the staff first language, however, we still were able to communicate effectively. Also, the over head lights stay on because it's not in their control to turn off. The rooms are private with open ceilings and overhead lighting that can not be turned off. My masseuse was female. I don't know her name as there wasn't much talking. The massage was ok but not the best. It felt like 20 minutes in when I asked if they used lotion or if everything was done over a towel. I was told not yet. It's coming. The lotion portion was much shorter than the dry portion and I did not like that. I've had great massages at places just like this, where the masseuses know exactly where your pressure points are, this person did not. It was still relaxing but if I did return I would ask for another masseuse.

The conversation must have been stressful because she was rubbing my back as hard as imaginable and in a very fast aggressive nature. I told her that this wasn't good and she said sorry and stopped talking on the phone. the massage quality did not improve though. Despite me saying "too hard" she continued to dig her knuckles into my back and rub up and down on my spine. I paid for an hour and lasted MAYBE 30 minutes before I waved my hands and said no more. She didn't speak a lick of English so I have no idea what she was saying but it sounded like she was pleasing with me to stay. I said no and got dressed. She didn't offer me a partial refund, a water, a mint, nothing. She said "sorry" and that was that. I woke up this morning with actual bruises on my back and in worse pain than I was in before the massage.

Today I had my massage, I was laying face down, the massage on my back was amazing. I did not ask for hot stones and it was performed. I don't like hot stones, and these were hott. My back still feels like its burning. I will have to check to see if my skin stays on. The back of my legs got a light massage with oil. I turned over to my back and the therapist did my neck for about 2 mins, a light facial massage and a head massage. Then she did my feet about 5 mins. Next I heard " Finish".....I said what? she said " you finish" Notice I did not mention she massaged my arms or my legs on the front. I got out side and the guy at the desk asked me how was the massage. I explained what happened, he asked her in Chinese and she responded in Chinese. Then he told me she said she did full body massage. I told the guy, she can speak English just fine I don't need a translator. Its not fair that you two wants to discuss what happened in your language. She then proceed to tell me what happened and that she massaged my whole body. I showed her my dry arms no lotion or oil. When I started to walk away after I paid my $55, the front desk guy said in a loud voice " excuse me you not tip her" I said in a louder voice ' NO! LOOK AT MY ARMS AND LEGS! NO OIL, THE JOB WAS NOT FINISHED, DO I LOOK HAPPY? A HAPPY CUSTOMER GIVES A TIP, I AM NOT HAPPY"!!!!!! HE YELLED AT ME IN CHINESE WHILE I WAS WALKING OUT OF THE BUILDING.....no clue what he said tho. My last thoughts get what you pay for, half the price, half the massage, half the service. Totally a recession massage. By the way I did not see any license either. Never going back to this place has very poor customer service.

I know she was booked full that day so I really appreciated it! The table is heated, which I didn't expect, but thought it was a wonderful detail. Tisha was amazing, I felt very at ease and relaxed the whole time. I had always thought that getting a massage would be most noticeable in my back--but what was incredible was how great my arms, hands, and feet felt afterwards!
