Ryan is rude. And just a sidenote, I see in other reviews. Ryan took the time to smart off to one of the customers about a bad review. I'm gonna guess that was the only customer that took the time to complain that day because you didn't smile even to a customer that clearly comes in there all the time, a smile and an apology and a thank you, and a please goes a long way with people. I would think someone working in the public would know that. ****just so yah know, those documents Ryan says hasn't been used for 15 years....just got some from UPS!!! Someone needs to learn more about UPS forms I guess!!!
