The employees even helped bring it out to the car and loaded in. My husband is very happy that he got a great deal on the generator. If you're thinking of upgrading some of your appliances, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Other than appliances, they had a small selection of random items from storage containers to shower heads to de-humidifiers to extension cords (which this is where we give the four stars- some of the prices of those items were quite high and not really a deal). I can imagine the stock overturns frequently so it would be fun to pop in often if I was a local!

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.
