Don't hire them! Read the Better Business Bureau rating. Our family hired this outfit to sell antiques from our parents' estate at a November 2011 auction. Once they had our items (which were worth thousands of dollars and which were not well-accounted for by Olde Mill from the beginning), communication was extremely poor. After the auction, which was overloaded with items from several sources and was cut short because the crowd was thinning, many items were left over. Olde Mill said my items (worth more than a couple of thousand dollars, minimum) would be sold at a subsequent auction three days later. After that, despite calls, emails and letters, no payment AT ALL for items sold at the original auction and no update on the remaining items supposedly offered the few days later. At the end of APRIL, we received a check for some of the items sold in NOVEMBER (payment was supposed to be immediate), but nothing for the rest of the items, which remain unaccounted for. read more
