I took it in and in about 1 week I had my vacuum back and running like new. I recently took in my 2nd vacuum, a phantom fury (which I've had for over 20 years) to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately the company went out of business several years ago and they couldn't get the new seal it needed. However, they had some brand refurbished Bissell's there for around $70 so I bought one to replace my Phantom. The staff there are very thorough and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for your vacuum repair, service or parts (filters, bags, etc.)

Prices are slightly higher, but the service and reliability is worth it. I also had them install a water softener and salt delivery. I have been very pleased. I am hopeful for consistency in this good service; so far, so good.
