the place is great, the staff is friendly... only reason I gave 4 stars is because the people that use this laundromat are extremely rude and inconsiderate. there are only 2 of the giant washers and any time I need to use them I kindly wait my turn but people will literally leave their clothes sit there for 15+ minutes. if it were one of the regular washers, cool...there's SEVERAL. but when you take two of the only giant washers you need to make sure that you're watching your clothes. No reason why your clothes should be sitting in there completely done for over 15 minutes. there is a timer that shows you how long the load will be. set a timer and get your stuff so other people are not waiting an excessive amount of time to get their stuff started. read more

The only reason I selected this location was the offering of wi fi. I wanted to be able to come during the day while continuing to work remotely. Unfortunately, I put my load in and started it first - before figuring out that there was NO WORKING WI FI. Even though the sign on the wall gave the password and my laptop found the signal, the router must be offline as logging on resulted in NO WI FI connection. So I sit here incredibly frustrated typing this review from my iPad - which has its own connection but not the ability to log into my work network. The facility looks clean enough and the people here are nice. Two older folks have walked by and asked if I was able to connect to the wi fi. When I said NO, they said they couldn't either. Clearly there is a NEED. HELLO PEOPLE. Fix the WI FI. Needless to say, I will not be returning. FYI. Regular loads look to be $2.25 and $2.50. I'm using a triple which is $3.50 (washing a QUEEN comforter - barely fit in). Maxi load was $4.75 and I didn't have the desire or quarters to use it. read more

I've gone to this laundromat since I moved back in Columbus. In the beginning of April. I went to one before this one but it caught on fire so I had to go somewhere else. At sunshine , the lady that works there is very ecstatic and friendly as can be. She's willingly to help you out with anything. I've never felt so welcomed at a laundromat. There are times when she'll talk to me about her family or just about anything. The loads there range from $9.25 for their big loads to $3.75 for small loads. I remember I had an issue with one of the dryers that didn't work well and she refunded me the money and even paid for our dryer cycle to go on for longer. If you don't like to chat with strangers and have excellent costumer service then I suggest you go take it up the street where you can go to any other boring laundromat. read more

This is a pretty decent laundromat. They are clean and have lots of JUMBO MEGA machines. This is good for me because I only go to this laundromat to wash and dry my comforters. So, here's the run down. So-so hours. Last load is at 8:30PM, they open at 7AM. Get there early on weekends if you need a MEGA machine. They get taken quickly. They also offer a laundry service where they do your clothes for you. The machine prices are standard depending on size. For mega $5.25 for wash and $1.25 for 20 min of dry time. Decent magazine selection. Coffee for 25 cents. Pretty clean bathroom, but I still won't use it. Clean machines and floors. Lots of those wheely baskets. Quarter machines that actually work. Detergent vending machines if you forgot your stuff. A Family Dollar, Auto Zone, and BMV in the same shopping strip (hello multitask!) Minimal weirdos. read more

Very friendly staff, decent prices, close to home. $2 for top/front load small washers, also one's with old fashoned agitators $2.25 for 'double' loads -normal size for a house of 2 adults $3.25 for 'triple' loads -big enough for sheets and towels $.75 for a dryer and $.25 per 6 mins after. Just make sure you do this with plenty of time left to spare because the clock doesnt stop running when you open the machine. I usually need $1 per dryer, and 2 double loads fit in one dryer; unless all towels. There's a mega sized dryer for $1.25. I really recommend this one esp for towels and comforters!! Sign on the door says they close at 10 but last load is 8:30pm. I've come at 8:30 before with no issues, even a couple mins later. The people here are very nice. Vending machine for snacks and drinks, cheap prices. Coffee available too. Free Wifi as always~ read more

Called ahead and staff were very nice. The machines that I saw looked clean. They have 4 types of washers for different sized loads. The biggest washers are HUGE. And there's at least 2 types of dryers. Washers have a set cost (the 2nd biggest costs 5.50) while dryers you pay 75 cents for 20 minutes of drying at a time. On a Monday afternoon this place was pretty dead, only 5 people in here so there are plenty of open machines. Good laundromat and I'll be back to clean more things! read more

The washers are more expensive than the other laundromats I've used in the area and they leave your clothes more wet which makes you spend more money to dry in their overpriced dryers that take quite some time to dry. I left with most of my clothes still damp because I refused to shell out any more money in this place. Place didn't seem that safe after dark. As a single woman I wouldn't go here alone in the evening if I could avoid it. read more

I'm very skeptical when it comes to using a laundromat. They usually aren't very clean, but this place really surprised me. It's clean, plenty of tables to fold clothes. Also, the prices are reasonable and they have plenty of laundry carts. read more

I am not a fan of using laundromats. I'm worried about cleanliness and what was in the washer/dryer before my stuff. But this laundromat is definitely a nicer one. The attendans there are always pleasant and they keep the laundromat clean. There are a couple of times, that when I went there weren't a lot of washers but that is because there was a lot of people there. Lots of people and them using 4-6 washers at a time, there isn't going to be many to use. But it is a first come first serve, so may want to go really early or later in the day. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

I had a comforter that was supposed to be dry clean only, but my brilliant ex-wife decided to try to wash it. Needless to say, by the time she was done with it, I thought it was a gonner. As a last hope, I dropped it off here to see if there was anything they could do with it. When I picked it up, the thing looked like new! I was totally shocked, not only at how nice the staff was when I dropped it off, but at how good a job they did with it. I got my comforter back, and had a great customer experience as well! Both ladies I dealt with were very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Great job! read more
