Stay away from PAINTED PERFECT LLC…read more Hired to repaint kitchen cabinets off the THUMBTACK website and it has been a disaster. -Late every day -Paint job is awful(pictures posted) yet they say "It's perfect and mint" You be the judge -One drawer installed upside down -One handle is now loose and wobbly -Painters tape ripped my paint apart all along the wall -Door alignment is all messed up now, terrible gaps -Highly unprofessional throughout, arguing in my home because they left the hardware 1 hour away at their shop on the day of install and were arguing whose fault it was Worst of all. Messed up a cabinet door from laying it down wet on a trash bag when installing and doing touch ups. Tried to fix it in home but it was still wet paint. Told me they would come back to fix it no issues and to let them know if it looked bad, not a problem since they are in the area a lot anyway. Cashed my check and then told me tough luck and they aren't coming back when i reached out 5 days later as they are not responsible for it once they leave the job. And "why did i not say anything when they were there". Which my response was that i took their word and thought they were trust worthy when they said they would come back no issues if the door didn't look right when dry. Also insinuated i caused the damage to the door and the door looked "mint" when they left. Any painter in the world knows you can't judge wet paint, it has to be dry to see how it looks. Also threatened to send me a $150 bill that they "Didn't charge me for" because when they did the cabinets i had them install fresh hardware because it was being removed and reattached anyway for the quoted install and was part of the install. Crazy to put on the old hinges they were installing anyway when i can put on new. But used that as a threat. Also proceeded to say things like "make your move" when discussing this and was not only antagonistic but actually scary to deal with. Deleted their Thumbtack account after our exchange as i assume they knew a bad review was coming. What company deletes their own account like that unless something shady is going on? And even if the door looked fine, which it doesn't. That doesn't explain any of the other horrible issues throughout their job overall which they also won't own up for. The pictures speak for themselves and they were stupid enough to do all of this via text which i will be saving and using when i take them to court and file complaints all over. Crooks, stay far away. Please don't lose your money like i did.

I'm so so happy with the work they did. My cabinets were in fair condition before with some cracked, chipped, and split wood. Each time I tried to make it better, I made it worse, until the last time when I flat ruined it. I set out on a second mission and found Mr. Sandless. First, communication was terrific. Yahoo Mail losing their first response aside, they responded within 36 hours. They also followed up (which too often does NOT happen) when they didn't hear back (which is how I found out the message had been lost). A couple e-mails, a few pictures, and a phone call and we were scheduled within days. They showed up within 5 minutes of the appointment time (no cable company foolishness with these guys), were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They quickly staged an area in my entrance way and got to work. A few hours later, my floors look like this (see attached). Price was affordable, there was no mess, and minimal odor (smells like I just put down Bona polish). But for the improvements in the finish and the furniture out of place, nobody would know they'd even been here. Nice work, good price, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

We contracted with Mr Sandless to restore the hardwood floors in our house (3 rooms, a couple of…read morehallways, and closets). The home was built in 1978 and it appears the floors had not been refinished by the previous owners. They were dull and there were a number discolorations/spots/stains, but overall the flooring itself was in good shape with no deep scratches or gouges. They stripped the floors to the natural surface and sealed 3x, then finished with semi-gloss polyurethane. They also added a tint to help blend in the natural wood colorations and tie this area into the existing floors. They look great and the guys were out in two days. They answered our questions and made recommendations to match the other floors. They were neat, quiet, and worked hard while on site. The cost was reasonable and it was certainly less messy than sanding - and that approach was not warranted given the condition of the underlying floors. I was skeptical at first as I've only sanded and refinished in the past, but I'm happy to know there is another option that is faster and cheaper yet provides comparable results. This was one of the easiest jobs we've ever done - from getting the quote, to scheduling, and finishing the work.
