I was very clear when I said I could NOT pay for the 12 weeks because I had just moved down here and I don't really have a job right now, but they made it seem like it wasn't a choice and that I was basically being forced to come for 3 months. When the lady in the front was picking out a plan for me she kept explaining it in a way that was very confusing and not the actual contract that she was saying. She told me I would be charged $90 yesterday to go in for a single visit and to come in today for another visit since I "needed" to be seen. She had said that if I want to come after this appointment it would only be $35 not that she had signed me up to actually come back, I had planned to not come back after today nor did I even think I needed to come back after yesterday. The guy who adjusted me is fine but I the way the girl in the front was very unprofessional and seemed like she just is trying to make more money to the company when that doesn't even matter she'll be getting paid no matter what, an now I'm down $110 because she wanted to lie about it. I will not be coming back and I don't recommend this place for anyone. I will be trying to get in contact with the owners or the manager about this.

I came in with gastrointestinal issues, as well as chronic sciatic pain. Dr.Lisa took the time to investigate my past, figure out how I got to where I am, and created a plan to heal me. I've been ping ponged back and forth between my primary doctor and gastro doctor. Dr. Lisa was quick to help me figure out my issues and ordered the test I needed to take. I have had fairly chronic mid-back pain for nearly 15+ years and chiropractic care has been a source of relief for me over the years however when moving to the Safety Harbor area almost 3 years ago I have had a hard time finding someone that took care of me like they did in my previous location. The first step into this office, you know it is something different. The friendly front desk staff is willing to help and guide you to what you need to do. I would say if you need a long term fix (like I do) you need to take a look of the care plan packages that they can work with you on. The initial visit isn't just a 'quick fix' just to get you out the door. There is an Xray involved (which they do onsite), group classes and finally an individual plan workup if your care needs it. Dr. Serrano frequently has health clinics, dinners and other events that make you feel at home and part of something special. What else makes this place different? The check in process. You check in similar to going to a gym. Do your warmup exercises, and wait for your adjustment. The Doctor performs that adjustments and then you are sent to the back of the office to perform individual post-adjustment exercises. Everything is streamlined so it really doesn't take a lot of time. In addition to the Chiropractor services, they also offer dietary and whole-health advice and supplements to help you in your life journey.
