Every word this man says makes me more and more upset , I'm so glad I didn't have to see him there on my 3rd time I don't recall much of my second experience it was perhaps maybe in 2025 back to back when I was in a place in Fremont California which was probably one of the best places I have ever went alot better then John Muir , my third time I was sent right to an another semi long term place for other issues I won't be mentioning but I was treated with no kindness no empathy nada I was treated horrible during one of the worst episodes during my life i remember this with the psychactircts more then the last two but i remember the doctors could have less then an care in the world about the health of there patients, barley any time for an proper talk to get on an better med , too many people , horrible syestm of getting them 2 talk , doctors treat you horrible and more then a job to get done with rather then an person with actual feelings like an test project no more that's the thing with a lot of this places this doctors and workers think it's another day of work when this is the lowest an person feels and I tried to go in every time with an open mind hoping I would get treated with an single bit of empathy I got nothing Fremont was a lot better then this place , think of who you hire everyone here is horrible I have narcopelsy type 2 and I wasn't diagnosed at the time and the nurse had accused of me of having an mental breakdown when I had fallen on the floor orginally and didn't help me up it took them an three hours to evaluate me for an head injury at that point I woukd have died they kept me in a little room by the station, only checked me with their note pads no regard of how I was doinging in my 3rd vist I was upset with my life and they put me in that room and the medical doctors don't even get me started oh my god they pissed me off even more and they had slapped an helmet on me the whole time took my privileges to do things away on my own didn't let me talk or do anything and tried to keep me in my room I was horrible and miserable dwelling in my halluctions feeling crazy and miserable , they had no respect for my arfird and treated me as if I was an problem I felt embarrassed humiliated everything above horrible place overall don't recommend mr.dooey was an asshole

From intake to our final class, the staff made sure that the scheduling process was a breeze, and that visits did not fall short of expectations. They have an excellent staff dedicated to your child's development, and the office is pristine. Not just clean; very well kept. I noticed that there wasn't one tear on a book or broken toys. They put lots of effort into upkeep, knowing well that toys and books can take a beating with younger kids. East Bay Child Development Center has terrific speech therapists and therapists specialized in helping in all other types of child development, including but not limited to physical therapy, etc. We went through 2 different speech therapists and 1 or 2 therapy students which was a little harder for our son to grow accustomed to because it would take him awhile to warm up (which I've learned isn't unusual for any development therapy center), but each therapist tried their absolute best to ensure they were giving him the utmost care and attention.

Now he's 12 years old saying he's not a good fit. Shame on you to say that to me. You can't discharge him that's illegal. My son is trying with his speech and he has rights in California to receive speech therapy any age. Discrimination by the ability, then age, what's next because his sister running around the office and also I was on the phone? For that lady who spoke with me today over the phone couldn't wait on me. And making me feel like I was being fired from the job, she sounded rude and said my daughter was running around the room and I was speaking loud on the phone so the excuse to fail my son. Then changed her words saying he's not a good fit and he runs fast and wants to push the kids. She needs to find more excuses for her to dismiss him. I successfully navigated Kaiser's process which is terrible if you're neurodivergent, but ultimately their Psychiatric team diagnosed me with ASD. Decisions aren't always fair and tend to favor staff who've been there longer, no matter how hard others work. There isn't much genuine support, and morale is usually low. Even though they advertise a positive work environment, it's honestly pretty tense, and turnover is constant. It's a small company, so everything feels micromanaged and a bit cliquey -- everyone seems to know everyone's business. If you're looking for a truly supportive or growth-focused place to work, this isn't it. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. For parents considering ABA services, I'd also be cautious. The high turnover makes it hard for kids to have consistent care. When therapists keep changing, it's tough for children to build routines and real connections. A stable, supportive team makes a huge difference in progress, and that consistency just isn't here. There are more stable, respectful ABA companies out there who will better serve your family.
