From what we saw the show was great, the illusions were incredible and unlike cases where the tricks are obvious, there were some amazing illusions that had us questioning how that was possible. Two magicians performed and it was very cool to watch. My husband was even able to participate before we left. The one downside I would note is that this is a child friendly show, which isn't a problem, except you may be put at a table with young children. When sat we were put next to each other causing a party of five to be across from us, they sat the young children at the end of the table, so they could see understandably, but they sat parents down at the opposite end. The family was very respectful, but if you are not a children person, this may not be the environment for you. Over all great show! I wish I wasn't exhausted and could have stayed for the whole thing!

When we started to think we knew what was happening, he had a unique twist that surprised us. They incorporate animals into the show and we loved that. Overall, 3 adults and 2 teens were captivated. We didn't eat there but feedback from the table was that the food was "meh". We did get some mocktails and were surprised by affordable pricing. We wished there were some desserts to order. Note: If you have a WEGO pass, it's off the blue line by the Howard Johnson's stop. Parking was still advertised as "free" if you had tickets to the show so we parked there earlier in the day. **It is not**. We were told by the attendant that it is $5 cash/$6 card with tickets (still reasonable for the area). Free ended 2 months ago and to take it up inside. I did and they confirmed it ended. I sent an email with the info from their site that says it's free still and they said they would take that down and did offer a refund if I called.

Compared to other dance studios in the area where the teachers have graduated from dance programs at highly respected universities, completed teacher accreditations and regularly attend workshops this studio does not offer quality instruction at all. This place is the equivalent of a puppy mill--tons of students and no substance. The focus at this studio is on winning at all costs, and the owner encourages an atmosphere of bullying and competition not on dance education or friendship. The competitions they enter are a joke as they rarely have any groups against them because of the huge number in the classes--therefore they win by default. There is little difficulty to the routines and often most children are stuck in the back to be hidden by the same "good" dancers at the front. Parents are fooled into thinking that "more is better" in the "packages" that any competitive student is forced to take. It is expensive for little return. Very disappointing that the end product is masked as 'dance'. Go elsewhere.

My cousin purchased the tickets and I felt bad because I didn't want him paying for all of us...then I found out 4 movie tickets were $21 on cheap night. SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!?!?! 2 movie tickets in TO or Ottawa on cheap night are slightly less than that price. Absolutely fantastic price for Cineplex theatres.

As there is a walk from the parking lot down to the security check and then from security check down to the venue. I did have a moment with security trying to give me a hard time about the clear bag I brought. The venue information said clear bags are allowed. Nothing more on the clear bag specifications. They tried to send me back to the car with my clear bag because it had drawstrings and they said they makes it a back pack. Well yes, I can wear it on my back but it's still a small clear bag. I really didn't appreciate the fuss over this and objected. They let me go in after some back and forth but really felt this was ridiculous.

During the Sierra Farrell show, this venue hired officers that threatened to pepper spray my family…read morewhen they closed the lawn during a lightening storm. When we arrived at the venue, due to the storm, we were told to go into the shell during the opening band. We watched the band inside the shell. Then we were told to go to the lawn at 8:40pm. We went to the lawn at that time, along w/ approx 400 other people. Ten min late, the venue closed actual walls between the shell and the lawn. The rain/lightening was still strong so we sheltered in place at side of the shell and under a roof. State Park police and Artpark Security told hundreds of people that had to leave (while the show was going on inside the shell). Everyone asked security and police to let them in the shell for safety and they said no. We advised to them that we have two children and one of our childrens' friends (whose parents were in the shell) and to let us contact his parents and work on a plan. Since it was raining hard and lightening very close and our car was a 10 min walk, we told them it was safer to stay where we were. Police started getting aggressive and threatening. As they started to push the crowd away, we heard one of them threaten us that if we didn't leave, he would spray the crowd. When we asked if he would pepper spray children, he answered that it was his job and he was happy to put food on his table.

It's a fun place to visit but many of the waxworks are pretty rough. They have some good displays but the head sculpts on many leave you asking who's that supposed to be? Alas that is not uncommon with wax museums so the reason for 4/5 stars. You can breeze through a place like this quickly if you're not stopping to take pics and look over all the sculpts so take your time and get the most out of this. Highlight for us was the chamber of horrors section - which pushed me to 4 stars. The scenes are well lit and the vibe is creepy!! Well done!!
