Artpark is probably my favorite concert venue in Buffalo. It's easy to find parking outside of the venue, so it's easy to get out afterwards, which is important. I love that you can see the bands playing no matter where you are in the venue because of the way it's designed. I'm short so that's a huge issue for me at most concerts but not here! The sound quality is really great for being an outdoor venue as well. It's always a beautiful view with the sunset behind the stage. read more

A few things I really love about this venue are the sightlines, the size, and the overall ease of it. I have been going here for concerts for the last 12 years. I try to do at least one per summer as much as possible. Usually there are a few I end up at last minute. This is a very cool venue being right at the border essentially. You can see Canada from here! I like how secluded it is with being surrounded by trees and the river. It is by far better than a couple other venues in the area. My only drawback is that I am not close to Lewiston so it is a little bit of a drive, but worth it. The food vendors are always great and do a good job with lines. Beer lines always are steady and move quick in between bands. Pro Tip: Go get your drinks, food, and merch while the band is playing. You can still see them, hear them, and there is zero lines most of the time. I have never had to deal with the parking situation. I usually park at a friend's house or somewhere down in the village and walk into the concert from there. It saves money, time waiting in a parking lot, and you get a nice scenic walk to and from the venue. If you're looking for a good venue that is family friendly, well-run, and isn't going to break the bank, this is the place. read more

Went last night to see Cole Swindell he put on a great show but this venue needs some help. All the food & bathrooms are on one side as you walk in. Once the place starts filling up it is next to impossible to get there safely if you do not sit on that side of the stage. There were 4 port a potties on the other side of the stage where we were. They need to lay out the vendors more and add some additional bathrooms. Very hilly and hard to maneuver through the crowd, chairs and blankets to get to vendors. In a positive note the prices were much lower than any other venues and food options were good for variety. Just grab why you need when you arrive. read more

My wife and I went to see a concert here for the first time. A few issues. The entrance is all uphill. Not easy if you're out of shape or recovering from an injury (my wife had broken her patella). We took our time, but the check in at the gate was very long, and we had arrived 45 minutes early. There were only two lines, and they had to check every bag, and wave the wands over every person. By the time we found our seats, the show had already started. My other critique is that ALL of the seats were uncovered. It was about 90 degrees in the direct sun. We would have gladly paid for shade. As for the stage and sound system, it was excellent. They did a great job. read more

Took a small ride to Lewiston and ended up in Artpark! The last time I was here was when Michael McDonald concert or Sting? Anyway, I need to expand my exploration on Artpark and it's nature trails and Artwork! It's really a peaceful and beautiful place in rhe daytime! Chimes in the trees were irresistible! Walking around we found some personalized painted rocks! We left them there and I forgot to take pictures...sorry. Our son went all the way down to the water but I didn't go this time. We have a white Maltese. I'm not prepared to take him to the doggie showers on the way home! We watched from the top of the hill. So I've always thought of Artpark as a concert venue and no more. Actually it's a state park that has a concert venue. Well this year, with no concerts taking place the emphasis has been more on the park with several events taking place. They have to name a few, artistic events, drum circles, drive in movies, and the event we attended a Fairy Garden Festival. And yes. I dragged my husband along! The event itself featured fairy gardens made by local artists and community groups set up through the park. Not totally sure of the details since there was no info given out or explain what was going on or who the artist were. I guess I didn't realize it until arriving that it geared more toward kids. I would have enjoyed looked at the details of the houses more. They were all numbered and some had prices but I've no idea how you follow up on that. Overall though, it was a nice day walking through the woods. There's also a nice easy walking trail that leads you down to the Niagara River Gorge. read more

My friend and I went to the Barenaked Ladies concert in July 2022. She had purchased the tickets in November 2019, and 1 pandemic and 2.5 years later, we were able to see the concert. The concert was wonderful. How Artpark handled everything, needs to be revaluated and a better plan needs to be followed. The doors didn't open until 5pm and the first act was slated to begin at 6pm. I don't know who was able to see the first act, because we arrived with ample time to get into the gates and listen to the first band inside Artpark. Unfortunately, the chaos that was the entrance didn't allow for that and the line was backed up to the beginning of the parking lot that is on site. We finally got into the venue when the Gin Blossoms were playing. We set our seats down and went on to tackle the food and drink situation. There are lines everywhere for everything. You have to get in a separate line for pop and water and it is cash only. I didn't appreciate that there is a line for everything. You stand in line for food, and then you have to stand in an even longer line for a drink. The food places should be allowed to sell drinks as well because we missed half the concert. All in all it was a fun time, but I think Artpark needs to do something more with the rest of the kinks they have. And open the park earlier to accept people! An hour before the show isn't cutting it. read more

Man, I don't know why it has taken me so long to take in a show @ Artpark! First off, it was superfine catching Wilco @ Sleater-Kinney after a long hiatus spent indoors working remotely and Zooming. The duchess and I really dug the setup @ Artpark. The event space is pretty big, and we found ourselves exploring different areas where we could stretch out and relax without feeling as if we're missing what was going on. Suffice to say, there is NOTHING more energizing than catching a live performance, be it music, theatre or comedy. Let's hope the good vibe continues to regrow! read more

A unique hiking trail and concert venue along the Niagara river. Great to enjoy a stroll or some music in the nicer weather months here. The hiking trails are marked, scenic and not too difficult. A very pretty walk if you are in the area. There is also some fun art in the parking lot and spread throughout the park which makes visiting more fun. Public restrooms are also on site if needed. During the summer there are outdoor concerts, which are fun. Admission is general admission and some concerts also have a VIP section open which provides seats. If you get GA you might want to bring a blanket, no chairs allowed inside, because everyone sits on the grass and watches the show. I will mention most of the seating in the grass is on a hill so sometimes sitting and standing too long can get a little uncomfortable but you can move around so it's not too bad. I have been to 2 shows there and it wasn't too crowded but have been told there are many shows that get packed. So if you want to sit close you might want to come early. Check the schedule a lot of good acts come through here. There are also food trucks on site if you get hungry which is a nice plus. There is parking on site for $5, bring cash, or you can park in town and take a walk down to the venue. read more

I had purchased tickets to see the Barenaked Ladies at Airpark, and was a little concerned after reading the reviews. They have a lot of people visiting a location in an area which isn't generally built for heavy traffic. We showed up 30 minutes after the gates opened, and that worked out great. Most of the people had already gone through, though the best seats in the area were already taken. The staff did a decent job directing traffic, and parking wasn't too bad at $6/car. Some people parked and sat in the parking lot, which is a cost effective way to listen to the concert. The food and drink was overpriced, as is common with most concert locations. The bathrooms were as expected. When the concert was over, we sat and waited until everyone left, so that it would be easier to leave. I would highly advice backing into your parking spot, which I had done unintentionally, as most people wont let you back up from your spot to leave. You cant really see the performers from all parts of the venue, so I'd recommend going early if you want to be up close. I'd consider visiting again if tickets aren't too costly. read more

Artpark is much more than a concert venue. It's a beautiful park with many trails some with artwork along the way. You can take a vigorous hike from Artpark along the Niagara River gorge or hike an easier secluded trail looking at art. There's a peace/Native American Turtle garden for you to zen out in as you sit by the river. There's a staircase to the water. You can find musical instruments, tiny yurts, weird hammocks, picnic areas, even painted parking lots....Artpark has a lot to offer. You can spend a day there easily enjoying nature. Then there's also the big outdoor concerts which Artpark is known for but there are smaller musical performances taking place too. Music in the woods brings amazing talent and some strange music to enjoy on a Sunday afternoon. Saturdays in the summer have childrens programs with arts and crafts, music and other fun activities....it's not just for kids adults can enjoy many of those activities too. There are special programs that pop up....very unique and surprising. Artpark is worth a look....don't just think of the big concerts think outside the box.....and try seeing Artpark for what truly is....an art park. read more

Not worth the struggle. A 40+ minute line in the hot sun to get into the venue because they cycle everyone through a single metal detector. Honestly when I saw the massive line to get in I thought something must be wrong. Nope this is actually the procedure that Artpark uses to funnel thousands of concert goes into the venue. Staff seemed unprofessional and sort of clueless to how to handle large crowds. BTW. Make sure you get there early or else your seat will have NO VIEW OF THE STAGE. Seriously, about a quarter of General Admission tickets will have almost no view of the stage. What's the point of going to a show if you can't see the stage? Save your money and stay home. read more

This review is based on not Artpark as a concert venue but as a hiking destination. I went yesterday, as a 70 degree day in Buffalo in March is not a day to be wasted. The trails are marked well and the view is spectacular. Although this hike is on the easier end, hiking boots are recommended as the terrain is rocky and uneven in parts. You can actually go right under the Queenston/Lewiston bridge which is pretty cool. Small waterfalls can also be found in the gorge . The trails are Dog friendly too. Explore in the park outside the trails for cool sculptures and artwork on the blacktop of the lower lots. Now I know why they call it Artpark first hand.... for its music venue, gorgeous gorges and works of art on property. read more

I've attended two concerts here. Great venue if the weather is nice. Tickets are cheap for the lawn seats and they have screens showing what's on stage. If you don't have an strong need to watch the actual stage the lawn seats are the way to go. Outdoor Ampitheater Concerts, 4.5 Stars: Over the years, (especially when we used to live in Lewiston, just down the street from Artpark), we have been to many outdoor concerts here. The outdoor venue is set up with a stage and premium lawn seating closest to the stage, then a hill behind that, which is general lawn admission. We have always had general lawn admission tickets, and have thoroughly enjoyed any show we've attended from the back lawn. Artpark allows you to bring in your own lawn chair or blanket as you'd like, but no outside food or drink is permitted. We've only ever purchased beverages from the concessions, which is pricey as any concert venue concession always is, but gets the job done. Outdoor concerts at Artpark have always been an affordable and enjoyable time for us, and we'll surely continue to come back for shows here! Mainstage Concerts, 2 Stars: We recently attended our first concert ever at Artpark that was in the Mainstage building, which is an auditorium that has regular auditorium-style assigned seating. This is an enclosed building, but that does have the ability to open up the entire back wall of the building to lawn seating on a hill behind the Mainstage. It is a small venue, and even in the rear section our seats were a good view and decent sound quality. So not a bad seat in the house from that perspective. BUT the air circulation and air quality in the Mainstage building is JUST AWFUL. We were there on a reasonable temperature night, lower 70s. It would have been a PERFECT night for them to open up the back wall and let some air into the packed house. But nope. All of the side doors were open, but besides that, there was absolutely NO climate control or air circulation AT ALL! Not even any fans or vents going to move the air around! I suppose that perhaps this older building was built without a great climate control system because THE BUILDING ITSELF is a climate control system, with the ability to entirely open the back wall. But for some unknown and WRONG reason, they kept the wall closed and all of us sweating in the dead air. My kids are young and fit and spry, and rarely complain about heat, and even they were grumpy about the unnecessary heat. I'm still glad we attended the concert, in that it was a bucket list artist for our family, who my kids ADORE (Weird Al!), and we still had a great time enjoying the fantastic music. But if it were a truly oppressive heat night on one of those 90+ degree summer days, it would have been really awful inside this building, especially if they don't open the back wall under those heatwave circumstances. I would only return to a concert or performance on the Mainstage at Artpark if it was during a cooler season, or only in the summer if it was another favorite artist of ours. I will say, for the last show we attended parking was AMAZING! It was pricey as expected, ten bucks. But the line to get in moved really fast. And we were routed to the Striped Lot, which is right next to the Mainstage building. We stayed for the whole show, the entire encore, and left with the bulk of the crowd. But somehow we literally zipped right out of there! We were out of the lot and on our way within minutes! I'm not sure if we just hit it at perfect timing, or if things have improved with parking management, but parking was really great at our last concert here. Kudos on that! read more

Artpark will probably range between a 3-star and a 4-star venue at any time, depending on the event you'll be attending. I didn't actually realize there were multiple stages. I haven't ever been out to a concert here until last year, though I'm finding out now that it seems to be a pretty popular venue for a huge variety of bands. Last year we went to one of their Coors Lite concerts, since friends of mine in a local cover band were playing as the opener. We paid a little more and got spots in the pit at the outdoor stage, and as I'd say about any band that I'm super crazy for, it's always worth paying a little extra to get the better seats/better experience. Applies to the most recent concert I attended here as well. We saw The Decemberists at the indoor amphitheater, and I bought us the VIP experience package so we got a few extra perks (like open bar and crowd-free merch shopping). The courtyard served as a nice little VIP lounge before our pre-show. We had pretty decent seats in the center but unfortunately weren't allowed in the pit at all for this one. So there's stage space for both indoor and outdoor concerts. I'd say there's plenty of wide open space to accommodate tons of people in both areas, which is most definitely a perk. They deal with large influxes of thousands of people fairly well - probably better than Darien Lake, I'd say. If you're not there super early, you might have to deal with waiting in line, to get in or to get food/drinks, to get merch, etc. but that's something you can't really avoid at a concert anyway. I do wish they had a little better signage. With the large campus and two stages, it can be confusing to someone who's never been to Artpark before. Or maybe an online map of the space. Also, buying tickets was a little weird - for the Decemberists, even with it being numbered seats we could only pick whatever area we wanted to sit in and then they would assign a seat to you. I like knowing exactly how the layout is of the space to avoid confusion. Parking can get pricey. (Our recent pre-show was actually early enough that we were able to sneak in and park before any attendant was there to collect payments.) I would honestly park anywhere else in the area and just walk in to save cash. It's a beautiful area to walk though, at least! I'll be back here for more concerts this summer, and in the future no doubt. I love the mini road trip to Lewiston from Buffalo. Something to make a day of! read more

I have always loved this venue - concerts, hikes, art festivals you name it and we have been here. It has been 3 years because of the pandemic and a lot of little things have changed. Parking is no longer free, it is $5 per car. Parking around the venue is now next to none, you need to head to their pots and if you don't arrive early the main lot down below will be full and blocked off so head to the upper lots. There is no tailgating allowed, so be discreet and bring a cup! Inside prices have sky rocketed! Think Darien Lake prices, almost everything to drink os $10-15. Food trucks are there but a slight few, we went on the website and some that were listed weren't there so don't rely on what you read. At least they do take cash still! We were worried about that and I don't like being told how to spend my money. The concerts are amazing, sound is always perfect and the sunset is always a wonderful touch to a great night near the gorge! read more

I've only ever been to Artpark for concerts -- I've never truly explored the grounds, but each time I've made a visit it's been so lovely! Depending on the band, I think Artpark is the perfect concert venue. There are two stages: one fully outdoor, and another that's sort of amphitheater style. I prefer the outdoor stage since it's more manageable to sit/stand. For concerts, they allow blankets, which is nice! Being able to sit on a soft blanket on a breezy summer day while listening to one of your favorite bands... there's no better feeling, in my opinion! In terms of concessions, Artpark offers food and drinks, and they're about on par with the pricing you'd find at any other venue. Nothing really special about their offerings. Parking for concerts is paid at $10 a car, a bit pricey but the lot is convenient (that is, if you're planning on heading out a few minutes early). You'll get caught in typical concert-exiting traffic if you're there til the bitter end of your show. This summer, I plan on visiting Artpark to hike and truly explore all the nice art on the grounds. The painted parking lots alone are beautiful, so I can only imagine what awaits once you take a deeper dive! read more

Artpark is an excellent venue to see a concert. Even visiting the art installations themselves is a great way to spend an afternoon. Some may not be in favor of the retro look and feel of this venue, but I find it charming and endearing. The lawn, like most other outdoor venues, is not spectacular, but if you get in early you can get a great seat. The sound is great, and the energy really comes alive. Please bring earplugs, or you may go deaf. The merch line can be also be very long and winding depending on the show. Parking is also limited, so be sure to get there well in advance if you would like to park inside of the park itself. read more

Did you know there is more to art park than just concerts. Well I didn't up to last weekend. There actually is a reason why they call it art park, because it's literally a park and there are trails!!! I went to art park with one of my best friends this weekend and we were so pleasantly surprised. There are truly hidden gems everywhere. The first hidden gem, is a walkway down to the lower falls. It is right behind the instrument area with gongs, bells and drums. Down the pathway to the lower falls is also an offshoot that leads to a graffitied shelter. What a cool photo op spot. Adjacent to that area is a small area with huts and areas for children to run around. If you continue walking towards the concert pavilion you will find a blue, green and white parking lot. This is such a cool spot for a photoshoot. Continue walking past the concert pavilion and you will find the art park trail that leads into the gorge trail. This trail is about 2.5 miles round trip and was absolutely breathtaking. I would say this hike is about mild to moderate. There are definitely areas where it could be a little unsafe for kids considering the unsteady nature of some of the rocks about mid hike. I really really enjoyed this little day trip to art park. If you are looking to make a say out of your little hiking trip you can also continue to the gorge trail which is about another 6 miles to the falls. You could also spend some time in Lewiston at several of their coffee shops, bars and restaurants! read more

This review is on the actual park, and not the concert venue. Had the opportunity over Memorial Day weekend to explore this beautiful park and learn on its history. NYS Parks Department offered free guided tour, and did an excellent job explaining the history, art sculptures, and even showed us on the upper trail the smaller waterfall which was quaint and beautiful. I would recommend besides the art activities, and concerts to check out the beauty of mother nature on the trails. read more

I have never been a fan of Artpark. The main stage is only a covered building with an open back for the patrons who are sitting on the hill in "lawn seats". It is not heated or air conditioned. When it's hot, the air does not move inside the venue and when it's chilly outside, the only recourse is to close the back doors. The chairs are hard. However, I saw that Melissa Etheridge was going to be performing there on August 24th and so we bought tickets and in the process, discovered there is another stage set up as an amphitheater. The stage is huge and covered; the seating is open air. The first ticketed section for patrons is standing only, like a mosh pit! The next section is several rows of cafeteria chairs(bring a pillow), assigned seats. Then, there are the "hill seats". One can bring a chair and set it up anywhere on the hillside to watch and enjoy the concert. It is a beautiful vista, but not a very comfortable place to sit to watch a concert or ballet. Hard chairs, unless you brought your own, and often too hot or too chilly whether inside the theater or out at the amphitheater. Melissa Etheridge was fantastic! read more

Artpark needs repairs. The main bathrooms are a disgrace and constantly full of water with large fans trying to dry them out. After a mainstage theater show there is a large line for golf cart rides to the upper parking lot. It's hard for handicapped and elderly people to stand in the line so long. They need a shuttle bus or tram like they had years ago. The golf carts are not enough for the crowd. read more

I have been here many times over the years, to watch concerts. This time I came for one of their "family Saturdays" events and was pleasantly surprised. Each Saturday in the summer they have events and this day was focused on the activities and history of indigenous people. Kids got to spin clay to make their own little "bowls" with the patience and expertise of staff. We all enjoyed the storyteller who was able to captivate listeners of all ages. There was a free concert but we weren't able to stay that long. With the time we had, we took a walk through the park and checked out the gorge trail. My kids said they really enjoyed the visit and would like to come again! read more

The line to get in is more like a blob. We didn't even see the express lane for people without bags until near the end. That could have been better organized. Leaving the parking lot wasn't too bad, but leaving the city was. People who chose to park on side streets instead have a longer walk. They are also really aggressive, sometimes out of necessity. Personally I think the lot is worth it. The venue itself is great. We were near the end of the initial pack and still found a good spot. There's also screens. Lots of food options. Expect fair or food truck prices. I splurged on lobster Mac 'N Cheese from the Mac'n Rollin truck, and it was great, if a little sparse with lobster. The worst part was the sun, but we enjoyed ourselves overall. Great show at a great price. read more

Concerts at Artpark's Outdoor Amphitheater have become one of my favorite traditions of summer. The weekly Tuesday & Wednesday concert schedule is always really good and tickets are inexpensive (Around $12 for general admission, around $30 for stage pit). A variety of musical acts visit Artpark each year, typically: Classic rock, indie rock, folk singers or ska/jam bands. The more popular artists usually go to First Niagara Center. The Outdoor Amphitheater's concert space is a great size. It can accommodate about 10,000 people. In my opinion, there is no bad seat, even if you're way out in the field. The lighting is excellent and the sound carries very well. The shows typically start around 6:00/7:00 p.m. One of my favorite things about this venue is the scenery. The sun sets right behind the stage and you get to watch the sky change colors, while enjoying the music. There are some beer tents, ice cream stands and food trucks right by the stage. A tall beer is usually $6.00, which definitely isn't bad compared to other concert venue prices. In addition to the Outdoor Amphitheater, Artpark also has a Main-stage Theater and picnic pavilions. read more

I've been to many concerts here over the years, and each time it gets better. Just a few of them include: The Avett Brothers Aretha Franklin Sara Bareilles Bob Dylan The Arkells Alabama Shakes Lorde So many great memories. Whether your outside at the amphitheatre, or at the mainstage, you will have an excellent experience here. My only complaint is that during the large outdoor concerts, I always tend to stand near someone smoking. It's hard to stop this, but something different via security should be done. I just want to enjoy the concert, not get the aroma of marijuana or cigarette smoke in my general vicinity. read more

If the cool young kid from The Simpsons owned this place, it'd be Bartpark. Whereas if it were a place to leave your Smart Car, it'd be Smartpark. And if all the girls were dressed very sexy, it might be Tartpark. Wait a minute, that's exactly what it should be. Like Missy said it's an absolutely stunning place to watch a concert, with the sun setting and going down behind the performer and across the gorge as the music plays. For this reason I want to perform here one day. It's also not a cramped venue and you won't feel like everyone is right on top of you. It's a very liberal and relaxed atmosphere. If we were in Deutschland, this would be on my top 10 list for "Lebensraum." I've now been to Artpark a total of 4 times. Once was to see my good friend and producer who was opening up for a major touring act, although I didn't stay past his support gig. He was a little nervous but did fantastically well, playing in front of masses of people for the first time. The crowd was very quiet but they usually are for the support acts unfortunately. Another time was when it was empty, just to see what it looked like with nobody there. I don't think we were supposed to be there. And then the most recent time I went was very forgettable. However my first trip to Artpark - which was years ago - was my favourite. It was with a good friend to see Peter Frampton, and she absolutely adored it. I like Frampton, I'm not an enormous fan. He said "Do You Feel Like I Do" in his little voicebox one too many times for my taste. Still it was one of the more memorable concerts I've seen in recent years. Partly because of the company, yes. But also... It's an amazing venue! It's so picturesque and unexpectedly gorgeous! It's a credit to the whole WNY region, really. Physically spectacular and also very well designed in terms of outdoor audio, which is very difficult to get right. The crowd was also wonderful, large, good looking and loud. I'm sure they wouldn't be like that for some concerts, but for a big name like Frampton, they were really into it despite the very hot day. And if it were near a Wegmans and people would discard their trolleys here, then it'd be Cartpark. If it were a place to think about philosophy, it'd be Sartre-park. And when it inevitably gets bulldozed and replaced by a global corporate monstrosity, it'll be Walm-artpark. read more

Yeah, there are lots of questionable characters partaking in questionable activities. Yes, getting in and out of Lewiston can be a pain as the city isn't designed for an influx of thousands of people. Parking in the official lot is pricey, so feel free to utilize the side streets. In fact, you may just get out of the venue faster. We parked near the Tops right at the beginning of the exit of the highway and did the 15-20minute hike to Artpark. We were able to get out of Lewiston really quickly despite our walk back. The venue itself: really nice acoustics. Beer is $6-8 at the shows (typical at concerts). Food is expensive. There is lots of space. It can be really crowded and uncomfortable, but if you're friendly-aggressive enough you can come to the show late and get up near the front with a really nice seat. Don't bother with the lawn seats. You won't see too much. Also, I suggest not bringing your kids unless you're cool with them inhaling a ton of second-hand weed smoke and being in a pretty unsafe environment (especially near the front). Is anyone surprised at this though? It's really cool how during the summer the venue turns into a mini-music festival once a week. There are certainly problems with parking and getting in and out of the venue, but ultimately this is a really cool open-air venue. Don't neglect seeing a band you like here because of some the other reviews; just know what you're getting into. read more

Artpark is a pretty cool venue. They have really good concerts for only $12. I recently attended Two Door Cinema Club, and will be back for Ben Folds in a few weeks. Parking is $5, but some people park farther out on a side street in the town and walk into the park. You do a good walk up a hill to get to the stage part of the park. The place had some food trucks, and multiple spots to get beverages, which is great because it cuts the lines down. The selection of beers was pretty solid too. You can pay extra for pit tickets, but the way that it is set up, it isn't totally necessary. The stage is built in a way where there is a slow incline so you can see the band from all of the areas. They even had some complimentary chairs out for people, and a lot of people brought their own chairs or blankets. Even though it is about 1.5 hour drive from Rochester, I really like the set up of ArtPark and will be back for more concerts. read more

Went to see Brit Floyd. We had not been to Artpark in a long time. We parked in the parking lot at Artpark for $5. We had lawn seats for $12. We arrived at 5:30 and the gates had opened at 5. We were able to get a reasonable spot to set up our chairs - to the left of the stage but with a good view of the screen. We spent the time before the band started at 7 eating. We got a sausage on a roll with a hot pepper and vodka pasta, pizza slices and a roast beef sandwich. I thought the sausage and pasta were the best. The weather report threaten rain but we we did not see any. The temperature was warm enough that I did not need a jacket until the sun set. All in all a great summer evening. read more

What a peaceful, interesting place! I performed here and just thought it was so beautiful, peaceful, and a creative space. Nestled in the woods and along the Niagara River, this is a small-town jewel. Even if you're just visiting the falls with kids, this place is worth a visit for the interesting sculpture and space to run around respectfully. The programming is very interesting and competes with cities 4 or 5 times its size. read more
