I had a few months of training with Olga Y. I can tell that it basically has changed my life. My physics changed, my nutrition improved, and I also opened a new way of communication with myself and my body. Changes started with physical side of my daily life. I reached out to Olga because I met a very happy and radiant young woman who was raving about Olga and how much she helped her. My intuition guided me to reach out to Olga because I knew she could help me and it was the right decision. What attracted me to Olga in the first place is that she seemed to have well rounded toolbox that encompassed all important aspects of wellness. Not only knowledge about nutrition, but psychology and spirituality. I am not new to self development and spiritual awakening. I have a degree in hypnotherapy and have had therapists, coaches, reiki masters, energy worker, psychics and other healers work with me. When I reached out to Olga I was having debilitating panic attacks despite all the training I'd already done. I was still confused about myself and why I wasn't as happy, focused, radiant as I knew I had a potential to be. I just had this veil in my head after trying everything I could on my own. Before our first free session I texted Olga while having a panic attack and she didn't hesitate to call me and talk to me for 15 minutes. She told me what to get from whole foods like teas, herbs and oils. Gave me a meditation and helped me change my perspective on what was happening. I felt taken care of even though I haven't paid her yet. She just really wants to help people and you know it. Then we had our 5 hour long breakthrough session. And then some sessions after. We went deep, didn't leave anything out yet I wasn't re-traumatized like I was in some therapies. We figured out the deeper cause of my anxiety, our sessions were structured and brought a lot of clarity. Because once you figure out what is really important you can start being true to yourself - there is no inner conflict anymore. And when you work with someone like Olga who is truly rooting for you and you can feel it - the process of self discovery and self healing can exhilarate. As we talked in our sessions - we all need healers, no matter skill level, no matter the training because we can hide things from ourselves so well, no matter how much you meditate, you can still not see your own shadow and limiting believes. That's why therapists have therapists, coaches have coaches and healers have their own healers. After 3 sessions I feel so much more clear, inspired and determined about my future. I feel at peace with myself. I don't feel like there is a conflict inside me and I can hear my higher self better. That loving, infinitely wise voice inside me that is not being clouded by the voice of anxiety and fear. I feel at home in my own head. I mean, who doesn't want to feel this way? And our sessions are not over yet. Olga gave me some homework to do - to outline my dream and create a better life that I knew in my heart of hearts I wanted to have. But now I actually have a way! And someone in my corner who understands me and roots for me. I also want to add that Olga has a gentle demeanor, she is kind and patient, but not too soft. I can't completely express my gratitude through words to Olga! My 10-year-old daughter is a gymnast and goes to gymnastic competitions several times a year. While at her last competition, she had a severe panic attack. She finished the competition with low scores, and the attacks continued after the competition. I reached out to Olga for help. Working with Olga has ultimately changed my life and has matured me into a more well-rounded person. She has thought me so many quintessential components of life that I'd never heard of or was never introduced to. Olga is one amazing lady! Her life story from where she started and where she is now, is both interesting and admirable. I asked for her help with my marriage issues. And, eventhough, I've done some work, I still felt like I was not moving forward. Like something was holding me back. I usually don't like to write the reviews but not this time. I wanted to share with everyone who's been suffering from the disease which I struggled with for over 15 years - bulimia. There is help and a way out and Olga can help you as she helped me! All these years I couldn't share with anyone my problem with eating and this disease has been eating me from the inside out. I was ashamed of it and kept it to myself. However, now I can easily talk about it and share with people. I have been truly blessed to meet Olga and start working with her. I have been experiencing a major hormonal postpartum misbalance and was diagnosed with Thyroid disfunction (hypothyroidism starting to look like autoimmune Hashimoto). I had very low energy, anxiety about taking care of my then 9mo baby, and my blood tests were not good. I had very high tsh, low t3 and low iron. Traditional practitioners prescribed me to take medications but I felt that it was not the right path to take. I have been working with Olga for 8 months now and we have achieved the following results: my tsh and t3 (thyroid hormones) are within range without taking any medication; my iron is great and most importantly I know what I want to do with my life career-wise.
