Life Changing! I…read morefeel like so many can relate to my story, so I hope my journey encourages you to give Bragg Weight Loss a try. When I hit mid-thirties, I felt like all a sudden my body was failing me. I couldn't drop weight like I had previously no matter how hard I tried. I had body composition testing done, worked out, followed my mean plan, took all the recommended supplements, and sure I'd drop maybe 5-10lbs but never anymore and would always gain it back. Weeks turned into months and months into years. So many Dr appointments and different diagnosis from Hypothyroidism to PCOS. I would try the medicine to treat the diagnosis and yet still no change. I started to lose myself in the process, barely hanging on to a resemblance of my past self. I wasn't sleeping well, snoring, struggled to bend down, getting up off the floor was hard, I didn't want to do anything because I was so uncomfortable in my own skin. I have successfully completed 5 rounds with over 125lbs lost and I'm maintaining beautifully. I've learned so much about how to fuel my body and what is in the food I fuel it with. I eat 2100 calories a day now and that is in a calorie deficit. I am a fat burning machine. I can climb stairs without losing my breath, I am outgoing and social, I can shop for clothes anywhere I want to, I can get up off the ground easily, I'm sleeping better, I no longer require the meds for the previous diagnoses, and most of all I recognize the woman in the mirror again. Dr. Bragg and his staff support you through the entire journey, not just the 40 days but after as well. They teach you how to maintain your weight.
