My mom said Asia Kitchen is the best Chinese in the city now. Unfortunately if that is correct, then it makes me very sad. I have eaten at "Real" Chinese restaurants before and this is not close imo. I got Szechuan Beef...this is supposed to be a very spicy dish. My order was not spicy at all...not saying it was bland, but it didn't have the "kick" I was expecting. My mom shared a whole steamed fish with her friends. They did enjoy it, but it wasn't for me. I have decided to bump my rating up to four stars because of the wonton/egg drop soup. I didn't even realize this was a thing. We got one large serving and it was plenty for the table. Finally the reason i didn't give 5 stars was because of the table service. The others brought wine , but i ordered a Diet Coke when we were seated. Unfortunately it never arrived...our server acknowledged my order, but I guess she forgot during the dinner rush. I did have water so I didn't complain. Overall dinner was ok...it was very nice that we were allowed to take our time.

Today I went through the drive-through and ordered a strawberry smoothie and the lady told me to pull around and park in front of the restaurant to get out of the drive-through and they would bring the smoothie out to me. I sat forever and finally I went inside and just asked for a refund and they asked me what I ordered and four ladies were standing - They're all confused and then finally the lady that had told me to park said "oh I do remember telling you to park"and then they pointed to my smoothie that had been sitting there the entire time. I get it mistakes happen but what was even more frustrating is a few months ago. I went through a drive-through and I ordered two smoothies and I requested almond butter in both of them because we have a peanut allergy I took that order to a friend's house that is about 20 minutes away and when we arrived there after drinking the smoothie, I realized that I had consumed peanut butter. I used my EpiPen a few hours later I went back and told them and all they could simply say was oops.

The waitress refused to rectify the situation and told us when we come back we have to tell them ahead of time if we are using more than one. At the end, I had to use my free voucher to get my friends birthday cheesecake. She did not offer to give her a free one for her birthday like they have in the past. In addition, we had a reservation at 7:30 and did not get sat till about 8 pm. The food also took about two hours to get out to our table. We will definitely be switching to another restaurant for birthday celebrations in the future.

She ordered chicken fingers (over fried), mashed potatoes (with the skins which is not mentioned on the menu) and mac and cheese with Parmesan (dried out on top and overall lack of cheesy sauce). I had the ahi tuna (6 pieces thinly sliced - maybe 2-3 ounces at $24.95) which was decent, thinly sliced tomatoes with approx. 1 tablespoon of sliced avocado, with various lettuce salad (way too much ginger in the vinegarette which made it inedible). I also ordered a side of shrimp and we split the tiramisu cheesecake (fell apart when you stuck your fork in it). It was either old, over mixed which made it dense and crumbly or over baked. The entire meal was a disappointment ($90 tip included). We both had food left on our plates and did not get to-go boxes. We both decided we would not be returning. EDIT: I contacted them and do you think I heard back either by phone or email? No. This is just another example of why we won't return. Also, I'm adding pictures. Take into account the smaller size of tomato slices when you're looking at the size of the avocado slices, the darkness of the chicken fingers, and zoom in for the dryness of the mac and cheese. Took off another star due to their inability to follow-up. EDIT 2: Why would I contact you again when you didn't respond the first time? Also, I didn't order the ahi poke bowl as evidenced by the pictures. The Mac and cheese was baked, not fried. Try hiring someone to deal with these comments versus having AI or a bot respond.

We decided to try this place and awe are so glad we did. Our whole crew joined us and there was not a sour face in the bunch. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Garlic knots were so tasty. We both got a different 8 inch pizza because we couldn't agree on one. We narrowed it down to the Hawaiian with pepperoni and the Rocky Balboa. The 8 inch would have fed the two of us just fine with four large slices per pie, but as I said they had so many flavor combinations that we wanted to try we could narrow it down to one pizza. The pie did not disappoint. The crust was cooked to perfection, the sauce had great flavor, there were plenty of toppings. The staff were so friendly. The food came out fast. I literally have no complaints! We will be back!

On several visits, we have specifically requested that our garlic cheese bread and salad arrive before the pizza so we can actually enjoy the appetizer and salad course first. Tonight, we again had a very clear conversation about this request, yet everything arrived in the exact opposite order. What was most frustrating was being told that "the pizza comes out when the pizza comes out," as though there is no ability for the front staff and kitchen to coordinate timing. In an open-concept restaurant where the order staff and kitchen are working side by side, it seems like simple communication could easily solve this issue. We truly enjoy the food and want this restaurant to succeed, but proper pacing of a meal is part of good dining service. Appetizers and salads should enhance the experience -- not arrive simultaneously with or after the main course. We hope management will take this constructively because the food deserves service that matches its quality

I ordered The Farmer, a chicken biscuit with cheese, bacon, and apple butter. The biscuit was warm and fresh, the bacon was crispy, and the chicken patty was quite substantial. The poor thing was drowning in apple butter though, which made it too wet (and too sweet). Even scraping some of it off it was already too soggy. A tad less sauce and it would be perfectly balanced. The smashbrowns had a nice crisp and I enjoyed the kick of the pepper jam. Also, big fan of the cute coffee bar. I could taste the hints of maple in the coffee. Our meals were as fresh as can be, and tasty too. We had no problem cleaning our plates. It was fairly crowded when we got there. But if you don't mind sharing a table, you'll find a spot for sure. There's outside seating if you like. Quick Tip: Get there early, or get there late, cause if you get there during prime chow down, you'll be lucky to find a seat. Even the cold zone will be occupied.
