Most horrible experience ever, a completely nightmare for my wife that she regrets every single day, after two years she is still having pain and several serious problems in her face for the malpractice on a procedure done at this office, as a suggestion please go to a licensed board certified cosmetic surgeon or somewhere else, this irresponsible Dr. performs procedures that are considered very invasive under unsanitary conditions and without proper medical precautions, she deformed my wife's face, she is physically and psychologically traumatized. I found Dr. Olga on Google while searching for the plasma pen (which I cannot have due to keloids - too risky). Her IG, email and phone number were available to get info on her treatments. I saw that she also did Kybella, I had Kybella 2x so far and at my second visit I had 6 PDO threads in my neck for my semi "tech neck" I am over the moon with the results, close location and prices of both Kybella and PDO threads. When I went in she was late. This was my first appointment with her too so that was strange. She didn't even call. Once she got in she ran inside and left me outside. She finally emerged from the office telling me to come in. This was my first time getting Botox and she seemed in such a rush that she could not even explain or evaluate well. I choose to do Botox even though she refused to address the issue I wanted her to address. She did the Botox without telling me what to expect. With no Prep she stuck the needle into my face. I have been using Dr. Olga for several years with some success. Lately the success has been limited partly due to my skin not accepting and benefitting from botox like products. Additionally she is offering a rebate product from Merz cosmetics for the use of Xemon and Radiesse products. Beware of the very detailed instructions and rules of this rebate which are very unclear. Dr. Olga was not easy to deal with this in this situation nor was the company. I am supposed to receive a $200 rebate and I have not!!! I had very little results with these products and spent a lot of money. This was the second or third time that I spent this money, and received very little benefit with no compensation. read more

I've been seeing Olga for years for botox/dysport. Her office is clean and welcoming and I have always been pleased with her services. I recently had PDO threads under my chin to pull excess skin and am very happy with the results. Her prices are very good and she is not a pushy saleswoman. They do not communicate with each other. Made one appointment, called me back and cancelled it. Made another one and forgot about it. I showed up and nobody knew why. This doctor does not perform procedures, her technician does. I drove an hour to get to their office that is somewhere in a back street in a private house. A guy with bear feet opened the door and kept apologizing, because he had to leave. I asked for two options: either they refund my money (it was prepaid on groupon) or give me an additional session for no fee for all the inconvenience and aggravation. first this lady Olga agreed, but then she called me at 9 am next day and started mumbling something how technician was only 10 minutes late and how i "just left for no reason" and how she changed her mind about giving me an additional session. When I was making an appointment, I was very clear that I had to leave at particular time and asked if it was gonna be possible, otherwise I wasn't gonna take this appointment. The lady assured me it was only gonna take 30 min and that was why I took the appointment. They are very inconsistent, unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them with my face anyway.
