I can't say enough good things about this med spa!!! I had been to several places prior- from "top rated" plastic surgeons practices to you name it... none have come close to the honest, practical, realistic approach taken at this place! Ever since I stumbled upon it through a Google search, I was skeptical to go out of my way since I'm a 30 minute drive. I have been so satisfied by all the aestheticians, injectors, staff here I happily have continued to come for the last 2 years! Most med spas I had tried before had long waits, no appointments, no special offerings or promos... this place has it all! Most importantly, they make you feel so informed, so comfortable and they really encourage your feedback along the way.. never rushed and you get what you want rather than being convinced otherwise. I must say Mervet is the best injector I've ever used, and I can tell you before finding her I'd tried 6 others, 2 of them being "big name" plastic surgeons who were incredibly disappointing on top of being total rip-offs. Mervet was able to slowly help me correct the under-eye tear troughs where filler was misplaced before. Most injectors didn't even want to touch this delicate area. Mervet was reassuring that we could get it better, even if we did it slowly.. breaking it up into more that one session to make adjustments and get it right- finally!! After 3 years of my eyes looking asymmetric and still puffy and crease-y... they now look youthful and beautiful!.. I can smile again without having my eyes look horrible Mervet is also so in-tune to symmetry, relaxed, knowledgeable and patient.. all the qualities you want and should expect from the person who is "operating" on your face! I absolutely love her and wanted to share this experience for people that may have also been let down by others in the field, such as what happenned to me. I was told by a friend to go visit Trifecta Med Spa in Hewlett, NY because they had several services I may be interested in. I called to come in and spoke with the office manager Amy, who was nothing but helpful and very polite. I asked her if I could come in to check out COOL SCULPTING because I heard they offered it at their Hewlett location (I live in Long Beach so it wasn't that far from me at all). She said come in whenever you are free and we can explain how it works, give you a FREE consultation and give you a body analysis to see what areas I may need done. The inside of this place smells GREAT and was set up beautiful. She welcomed me and introduced me to Nona who was the esthetician who performs the cool sculpting. She was also extremely nice and asked me what areas I wanted to have cool sculpted. Long story short, there were a few areas that I wanted done and I made an appointment to come back a few days later and get my first try at cool sculpting. It was AWESOME! She explained it would not be painful and it wasn't. She would attach the cool sculpting applicator onto the area I needed done and it basically stays on that spot for 1 hour (followed up by a 2-3 minute massage of the area) and then on to the next spot on my body. It was actually pretty cool to see how my skin would be vacuumed into the machine and then basically freeze/break down the fat cells. I was able to watch a few movies while I had this done (they had cable tv so I watched some great movies)!! I would 100% recommend going to Trifecta for cool sculpting or even for anything from facials to other treatments. I actually had my wife go back a few weeks later to get a 4 or 5 layer facial and she said it was "the most relaxing and amazing facial ever by Nona." I first heard about Trifecta when I was researching medical spa's for hair removal but was disappointed when I heard their only location was in the city. To my excitement they recently just opened a new location here on the Island. I quickly booked an appointment for hair removal and a much needed facial. When I arrived at the spa, I was kindly greeted and sat in this beautiful waiting room. Let me tell you, this spa was gorgeous!! The hardwood floors, the marble stepping into each room, the colors were warm and inviting and the rooms were comfortable and cozy, unlike at some other medical spas these rooms didn't feel medical. My esthetician, Lauren, was amazing! She explained every detail of each procedure, I didn't even have to ask questions! So, first came the hair removal, it wasn't bad!!! I thought it would be terrible but I have to admit, I was mistaken. Second came the facial, which was out of this world! I felt like my face was being made love to. I have gotten many facials before but never like this. I didn't want it to end! My experience at Traifecta Med Spa has been excellent so far. I initially signed up for a series of 6 chemical peel treatments. I'm on the third treatment and I can say my skin has been transformed. I get compliments from my friends daily and it makes me feel good that my money is not wasted. The staff is great. I work with Nona and she is AMAZING!!!! Extremely knowledgeable, answers all my questions and concerns, gives me advice on how to better my skin care regiment now that I'm in my early 40's to slow down the aging process as much as possible. She even follows up with me the next day to ask how I like the results of the treatments...not even my doctor does that! What I appreciate the most is that she suggests what suits me and my skin best and doesn't bombard me with procedures that are not necessary. In addition to my 6 chemical peel treatments I had two other cosmetic procedures done which I'm very happy with. The next will be laser hair removal. crying! I have tried several times to write this review and each time I am brought to tears. I can't begin to express how happy I am with my results. I had a large mass removed from my lip many years ago which resulted in one side of my mouth looking deformed with very bad scars. I thought it was some thing I had to live with for the rest of my life. Until I went to trifecta and not only am I beyondHappy with my results, I am and feel normal again. I can't express the gratitude and appreciation I feel for what Julia Has done for me and to me. She is incredibly sweet and nurturing. She walked me through step-by-step of what the procedure would be like ease my nerves and for that I can't say thank you enough. Trifecta has a lifelong customer. They are more than a five star spa. Everyone that works in the Hewlett office is the sweetest and kindest staff I have ever come across. I found this place through a groupon for vitamin injections. I am glad I did. The folks here are very kind and accommodating. So much so that I began trying other offerings and now would not trust my face to anyone else. The injector here rivals plastic surgeons that I have tried down in Boca. She is extremely skilled and flawless in her technique, not one pin prick or bruise my first time with her. They are constantly updating their offerings to reflect the most innovative products and techniques available on the market; which garners confidence that their practitioners are continuing to perfect their practice through innovation and education. I cannot overstate how grateful I am for having found their facility. The clinic is also very modern, clean and well maintained, making for a pleasant all around experience every time I visit. I do not write reviews very often, only when I feel that services really deserve 5 stars. This was my 3rd visit to Trifecta Med Spa and now I can share my feedback with full confidence. It deserves +++++ from the moment you walk in. The Spa is really clean, neat, very modern. What impressed me most is that it is really "medical" spa, not just some place to get facial. I choose to book with same aesthetician I meet first time, Nona is really amazing. She took time to give me full skin evaluation, even gave me neck massage while I had my mask on. Mask is by far the most unbelievable part of hydrafacial. They do cover your whole face, so you got to keep your eyes closed, but that gives you chance to treat all most delicate areas around eyes and eyelids. Thank you Nona and see you soon! read more

I am writing my second review since I had the privilege of patronizing Trifecta. In addition to getting laser hair removal procedure, I also enjoyed their facials. As stated, the place is clean, inviting, and modern. Clients are treated to snacks and beverages and are seated in comfy sofas. The receptionists are friendly, patient, and accomodating. I personally wish to mention aestheticians Nona and Chelsea who are thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and super sweet. They are very professional and attentive. I heard horror stories from friends in the area who frequented other spas about the poor service, not to mention injuries they suffered. I am visiting Trifecta Med Spa at Hewlett for 3 years now.! Nona, does all my treatments all these years. I have done everything there, cool sculpting, photo facial, hair removal, chemical peels.... I have to tell you ladies that after 3 years i feel so great and confident with my self. I am now 40 and i feel and look younger than my age , so fresh and renewed. Because , i am repeating customer the manager always works with me with excellent discounts. Great experience at trifecta ! The staff were so kind and make me feel soooo comfortable. As a nervous first timer , the whole staff were so sweet and caring . Michael did my Botox , I did not even feel a thing . He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed done . I had a skin consultation with the esthetician afterwards, she was truly the best ! Omg! I went to trifecta today for the first time. The staff was friendly, intelligent, professional and couldn't be nicer if they tried. I've had this procedure twice before and it was quite painful. Melody, the nurse practitioner didn't hurt me at all. I told her that and she said she used a smaller needle and more injections. So by taking out a few minutes more she made it extremely comfortable for me. I am so pleased with this place and I would highly recommend it. Great staff and great outcome. My wife is a long time client and recommended that I give it a try, I must admit I was a bit skeptical, however, seeing the excitement on my wife's face after every treatment made it more tempting. Highly recommend! The staff is so sweet and accommodating. So far, I have had 2 treatments of Diamond Glow and 3 treatments of IPL/ReSurfx with Stella. I have only heard positive reviews about her specifically, which is the only reason I had this procedure done at this facility in the first place. I've been to this spa 3 times now and each time it's been a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff, extremely polite and friendly! Lavinia at the desk is extremely professional and courteous.
