The good, the bad, and the ugly... that is how we are doing this review…read more I love the Memphis airport! I have been to so many airports that you learn to appreciate the small things. That's my personality, I look for the good. With living in this digital age, checking in is always seamless with all airlines and at this point I've used every carrier. One thing they do not have is the Touch-less TSA which I really appreciate since you just walk up and smile, no ID or boarding pass needed. It's super convenient and fast. MEM doesn't have this perk and TSA still will ask for your ID along with your boarding pass. That's not necessarily bad but I mean come on MEM you have such a beautiful airport. The Lounge is action is small with only Delta providing lounge access. So what does that mean, it's a SMALL airport! Again, not bad but let's get to the good. The Good: The restrooms are seriously the nicest public bathrooms ever. I can't even describe it, book a flight to Memphis! Anyone who I've traveled with has said how great the restrooms are. If Lounge action is too much or you don't have the perk but need to work then they have a business center. A literal workspace for those who love to bring work with them. The Bad: I'm not sure it's bad but the food choices are limited. There isn't even a Golden Arches (McDonalds) in this airport. I'd say eat before you get here unless you have lounge access. The UGLY! None, this is seriously a beautiful airport! I love traveling to Memphis, which will be a home away from home for a least another few months.

It's been 11 years since I've flown to the Memphis International Airport, which was just renamed to…read morethe Frederick Smith International Airport last month. I was kind of confused by the change but discovered it was to honor the late founder of FedEx. Unsurprisingly, I was greeted by the humidity and heat as soon as I landed. Since the airport is pretty small, it wasn't hard to get to baggage claim, and my bags came out pretty quickly. The only hiccup was my lack of knowledge of the Fastbreak procedure, particularly at Budget Rent-A-Car services that they have at the airport. If you want to bypass the front desk and go directly to your rental car right away, make sure you enroll in Fastbreak in advance. Also, be aware of the inconsistent Wi-Fi service, have the appropriate documents in hand before pick up of rental, or it could turn into a very frustrating and chaotic experience.

Tupelo Airport is a very small but very nice and clean airport. The staff, including TSA, were…read moreincredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the travel experience feel relaxed and easy. Since it's a small airport, there aren't many amenities--one thing I'd love to see is a drink stand or at least some vending machines. That would make waiting a bit more comfortable. Overall, it's a great little airport with a personal touch. Just bring your own snacks and water!

This is small regional airport. But i really am glad they are here and give us the ability to fly…read morewith them. The airport offers a parking lot with free parking, 2 car rental offices, Hertz and Budget, and easy flights to places like Nashville, TN several times a day. The only issue that I have with the airport is that I sometimes feel information gets lost or confused from the smaller airports than the larger ones I'm used to flying. I am TSA Precheck, yet here at Tupelo they still make you pull almost everything out of you carry one to run through security, and every time i fly out of the airport, when i get home, I always have a piece of paper INSIDE my check bag saying that someone has opened and gone through my luggage. I'm not a fan of that, yet it happens every single time. It often makes me feel like I've done something wrong, even though I fly major airports all of the time and never have issues. At least I get to keep my shoes on still. Aside from the security inconveniences, the airport is really great. They help to make my travel back and forth easier, and I'll take the few inconveniences for that I guess.

I am so glad I did!! Love the Denver Air Connections! Everyone was so nice and getting through was so much easier than going to BNA. Way more affordable than any other airline that is out there! If you love roomy seats and actually real snacks on flight and not the microscopic bag of pretzels that the other airlines give you then fly through Denver Air!! I can't wait to travel with them again and I may even up my trips to Illinois based on this experience alone!
