I visited the office to get a renewal of my medications on October 3rd and prior authorization for a specialty medication. It's now October 30th and my specialty medication has not been called in (let alone filled). Let's start with the office visit. I came with the number for the specialty pharmacy, offered it to the doctor, and was told they didn't need it. Okay, great. I call the pharmacy a couple days later, no prior authorization was received. Cut to me calling Dermatology Associates 8+ times over 4 weeks, the prescription being called into my old pharmacy, no one responding to my calls, and here we are at almost 4 weeks out and my medication still has not been renewed. No apologies, no excuses. Most of the time calling the pharmacy department got no response and I had to call the receptionist to even get anyone to pay attention. I'm now out of my medication and waiting for the severe reaction that always results from that. But, based on the other reviews, doesn't look like I'm alone.

Customer service isn't there. The associates barely greeted me and didn't even look up. They were talking with one another. The only time I got real customer service is when I was taking too long to buy something. One of the employees snuck up on me and asked if I needed help. I felt rushed. The girl talked to another employee the whole time she rang me up. Again, no interaction. This store has a good variety of products, but the parking situation and lack of customer service cancels that out. The beauty supply isn't necessarily a place you go for 5 star service, but they could've definitely been more attentive. Just prepare for the average beauty supply experience!

The Welcome Sleep and Nostalgia blends are my current favorites (you can get them as oils to diffuse, room sprays, shower bombs, etc,), but you can make your own custom blend to support any intention you have! I am used to buying this typically from Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom in the past. So it was great to see its own standalone store. After walking in we quickly were helped, and were the sales person was able to identify the scent that I knew of, but did not know the name. So absolutely fantastic that he knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly what I needed and was able to locate it. We ended up getting a hair mask as well as a perfume. And lucky on this day they were doing free engraving. My picture show the engraving of our names. However, you could have chosen almost anything. There was even choices as fonts and colors and sizes, etc.. Along with our purchase, we got a couple of samples as well, which was great. And everything was so nicely packaged in their cute shopping bags with the colored tissue. If I'm ever back here again, I will definitely be stopping at the store. They've always loved this brand and their products. But now I get to love it directly from them as opposed to doing it through a department store.
