He also loves to steal my products so I buy two when I am shopping here. I believe they also offer facials and makeup application. I want to come back and try their services out! I visited the office to get a renewal of my medications on October 3rd and prior authorization for a specialty medication. It's now October 30th and my specialty medication has not been called in (let alone filled). Let's start with the office visit. I came with the number for the specialty pharmacy, offered it to the doctor, and was told they didn't need it. Okay, great. I call the pharmacy a couple days later, no prior authorization was received. Cut to me calling Dermatology Associates 8+ times over 4 weeks, the prescription being called into my old pharmacy, no one responding to my calls, and here we are at almost 4 weeks out and my medication still has not been renewed. No apologies, no excuses. Most of the time calling the pharmacy department got no response and I had to call the receptionist to even get anyone to pay attention. I'm now out of my medication and waiting for the severe reaction that always results from that. But, based on the other reviews, doesn't look like I'm alone.

As a frequent patron of this location, the head cashier with vitiligo seems have a pattern of telling paying customers "No". I've done both in-store shopping as well as order online/pickup in store + curbside. The checkout process is always a little slow, but I think that's every Ulta or Sephora. There's a 50/50 chance you'll find someone to help you while shopping in-storek, and not every product has a sample. Always check to see if there's a coupon on the website you can use on your purchase--many times, these are offered on the non-prestige brands. This Ulta also has a full-service salon in the back. Note that the salon hours differ from the store hours which is not very clear on the website or on Google maps. On weekdays the salon is not open until 12 pm, which means not even the salon front desk is staffed. On the weekends, it's a bit earlier, I believe 11 am. I took my niece here for a haircut/style/highlights with Bella. She did an amazing job over the four hours we were there. Like most teenagers, my niece became obsessed with things she'd seen on TikTok without any regard for whether that would work on her hair, in particular. Bella was very transparent from the start about expectations and kept us informed of what she was doing every step of the way. She also made great recommendations for toners that could be used at-home to maintain the color. It was also very reasonably priced -- $185 before tip which is a steal considering the amount of time and energy she put into it, plus we'd also added an Olaplex treatment since this was virgin hair. It seems easy enough to book appointments online; I'd gone in person because I wasn't sure what to book for my niece and how long it would take. I'd definitely come back for the salon experience for a closer-by option than my usual. A wash/blowout is $45 which seems comparable to other places like Dry Bar.

The Welcome Sleep and Nostalgia blends are my current favorites (you can get them as oils to diffuse, room sprays, shower bombs, etc,), but you can make your own custom blend to support any intention you have! After walking in we quickly were helped, and were the sales person was able to identify the scent that I knew of, but did not know the name. So absolutely fantastic that he knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly what I needed and was able to locate it. We ended up getting a hair mask as well as a perfume. And lucky on this day they were doing free engraving. My picture show the engraving of our names. However, you could have chosen almost anything. There was even choices as fonts and colors and sizes, etc.. Along with our purchase, we got a couple of samples as well, which was great. And everything was so nicely packaged in their cute shopping bags with the colored tissue. If I'm ever back here again, I will definitely be stopping at the store. They've always loved this brand and their products. But now I get to love it directly from them as opposed to doing it through a department store.

I ordered items online on 5/21 for store pick up. I did this because to have items mailed you could…read morehave a 5-7 business day wait before being mailed...for pick up its 1-2 days where you are supposed to be notified to come pick up. On 5/28 I emailed them for info...I was informed I could then come get my items. When I showed up I was told by a gentleman that he was about to mail my things...I asked why while he was removing the mailing tape and labels. I asked if I could get a discount for their mix-up...he stated no. After I walked out the store...a lady came after me and first stated some items were on back order. When I said then why was I not contacted...she then said the guy messed up and they had to just run and retrieve my package from the carrier and she would take off one of the Bitters I had ordered. Another lie, she refunded a vitamin that was less expensive...I reached out about it and she never replied to my email.
