I went in 12/08/25 for the first time after calling if I could get a massage. Perfect timing at 6pm since I was the only customer there. Got 30 minutes for body and 30 for foot. Loved every minute of it. Tried to come here today since I saw a special on yelp when you check in it's $50 per hour regular 70. When I got there and show them the Yelp coupon they said no they will not honor it. I was like OK why not? AShe didn't speak very good English but she just said no Boss said no. Then I said OK well it's only five dollars more so not a big deal. I just wanted to leave an amazing review because this place deserves more recognition! I wanted to get a last min deep tissue hot stone massage on a Friday and most places did not have availabity. I called Olive Massage to see if they had an opening and they did! The lady on the phone was sweet and helpful and was able to get me in at a time that worked for me. The spa is very relaxing, clean and has a nice ambiance. I was so lucky to get a massage with Tina! I'm pretty sure she is an angel. I have been to many different day spas, resort spas, Thai spas and reflexology spas and I am in awe of how amazing my deep tissue massage was. Tina's pressure was PERFECT for a deep tissue and she really got into the areas that were tight and that was causing me discomfort. Her attention to detail is amazing and even though she is tiny she is mighty! She really helped alleviate my neck/ shoulder pain and I really enjoyed her techniques. Overall I just felt extremely relaxed the entire 60 min. I did not want to leave the massage bed. Just leaving and walking to my car I already felt lighter and less tense. We made a couple's massage appointment for Sunday morning right when they opened. There was a bit of a wait as the front desk was empty (they were all in the back prepping beds and stuff), but once they noticed us they immediately took us to a room with a door with 2 beds. Initially they were going to split us, but I told them we're here for a couple's massage. So just make sure to let them know ahead of time that you want to be in the same room. We paid for an hour massage and we got the full hour, so that's nice. They also had hot stones, which was included in the $50/hour rate. My masseuse did have to leave once during the massage to deal with a question from a coworker. She wasn't gone long though. They gave us a cup of cold water each afterwards. My husband enjoyed it, so I'd say they do a good job. This place is next to the freeway, so you may hear some low noise seep through, but for the most part it's quiet enough. Our two masseuse didn't talk with each other, which we really appreciated. Oh, and yes, they do request payment upfront. read more

I came in and was asked to pay upfront. This never happens anywhere else. I didn't feel good about that but did it anyway. In the first 15 minutes of the massage, the lady left 3 times to help walk in customers, and left another 2 times to answer the phone. I could hear the conversations of all 5 interruptions. The constant intereuption left my back exposed and cold and so my lower back started to hurt. I asked for anothwr pillow for my feet for support hoping it will help my lower back also, but the pilloes were a little flat. So, with all that happening, I decided I couldn't take it anymore. So, I put on my clothes and asked for a refund. The lady left again to phone her boss and asked me if I can stay so her boss could talk to me and redund me. I was afraid they weren't going to refund me but manager was nice, not pushy at all, and did refund me. Before refunding me, she did ask me how much I wanted refunded, and I said all of it. She also asked if she could do the massage instead and I said no, I wanted a full refund. I would left some money because the lady who massaged me used the ideal pressurer to release stress without causing pain. However, my lowerback was hurting and I didn't think that was fair to me. I'm at home now and 6 hours have passed and my lower back still hurts. Keep in mind, I didn't have any lower back pain to start with and I left there with one. So no I was not going to leave any money. I will have to use that money for my chiropracter now who will have to fix my lower back pain. Honestly, if I could get the same lady to massage me again without interruption, I would absolutely do it, but I have a feeling it will not happen because she was the only one who spoke better English. So she will continue to be interrupted to help the front desk. I think that this is very unfortunate because she is very good. So, if you don't mind the constant interruption, then YES, I DO recommend this place, only because the massage technique she used is legit and does a very good job. Trust, I have been to Asian massages that are painful but not her. She gives the right pressure to release tension without hurting you. My wife and I received 1 hour massages from this place tonight. The massages were fine, pretty much what you'd expect from a mini-mall type massage place. They used hot stones which was nice. However; upon leaving they did what I consider to be a big no-no in customer service. We tipped them each $5, which considering the price they charge and the quality of service we received, felt fair. The two ladies reacted with gasps and repeated variations of the word "oh", only to be followed by bringing out a sign that showed their preferred tip of $10 and pleading that for their 1 hour of massage the $5 wasn't enough. Tips are something that the customer controls, it allows us to give feedback to the quality of service provided... and I have never once appreciated a vendor demanding more tip, especially in such a blunt way. Would it be acceptable for me to bring out a sign of my own that shows what I would've preferred to pay for their services? Needless to say, it was at that moment that this place lost all of our future business. Which is a shame because I was actually planning on returning for a Thai massage later this week. We went on a Thursday night. Place was pretty dead. The owner/masseuse said that they could only take one person. Not a big deal as I didn't really need a massage, was just there to keep the wife company. Before we went, we called to confirm that they would be okay just massaging my wife's neck as she gets bad headaches from neck pain. We also told the masseuse that she requires a lot of pressure to loosen her tension points. The masseuse said that she was very strong and that it wouldn't be an issue. So I paid $40 for an hour ahead of time. After I dropped my wife off, I went to 85 degrees for some snacks and Boba. An hour later I came back to pickup my wife. I asked her how the massage was and she said just so so. Even though it was just so so, I know that massaging someone for an hour is a tough gig. I gave her all the cash I had in my wallet which was $8. I figured tipping 20% for a below average massage was fair. When I gave her the tip, she said that we tipped her too little and ask for more... lol the gall... So I told the masseuse okay, but, you'll have to charge my card because I don't have any more cash. So we go to the front and I give her my card. I asked my wife how much should we tip and my wife said $15. I then asked my wife why she would tip so much for when she didn't do a good job. My wife then said okay, let's tip $10. While we were having this conversation the lady said "oh... sorry but I already charged your card...".. WTF the masseuse said that she gave my wife a free hot stone treatment so we should be thankful. It wasn't until later that my wife told me the masseuse needed a break and so took 10 minutes to heat up some stones and let it sit on my wife's neck. Overall, according to my wife the massage was below average. The customer service was terrible. We will not be going there again. read more

The masseuse was good for small pockets of time, then she would do things that an experienced person would not. I left with pain in places I didn't have any originally. The huge problem and reason for my bad review is that when she was massaging my left leg she exposed my entire bottom half, what's the point of the bed sheet if you're not going to use it how it's meant to? I lift my head to cover myself privates and instead of adjusting and apologizing she rapidly covers both legs and basically doesn't massage them at all. I've been going to this massage place for about two years now, but I have finally decided to stop going. It's usually a hit or miss for me, which is what warrants this 2 star review. They make you pay up front, and I usually get a $40 full body massage, which isn't bad. One issue I don't like is how much the massage ladies talk to each other DURING the massage. They don't whisper, they have full blown conversations. After a while I can zone them out, but still pretty annoying. They also have a tendency to walk out halfway through the massage to assist other costumers. The massage itself is great and you can tell they're well trained. However, at the end of the massage they will hound you for tip money. They have no shame in asking for more, which is my reasoning for not going anymore. Example: the other day I went and paid for a full body massage. The massage wasn't great, so I gave them $5 in one dollar bills. They had the audacity to count it and say "Is this it?" Excuse me?! I'm a strong believer that tips should be earned and not expected. This has happened to my siblings too when they come here. I've heard other stories of the ladies following you to your car in order to get tipped. Very annoyed, never coming back. read more

Wow. These ladies are great! You know when a massage is good when you feel woozy and nauseated after (Think of all those toxins breaking out into your system..just drink lots of water after) that was the FIRST and ONLY time I've ever gotten a massage and she actually got some of the knots in my back especially the paraspinals (the long ropey muscles on both sides of your spine) at one point, she was kneeling on my ass and rolling over my ass with her knees as she put full body weight onto my back with her elbows. I got the back and foot massage for 70 minutes for 40 bucks, but it ended up being a full body massage. Thank god because of the amount of pressure she puts, I don't know if I can spend the whole time onto my back. Anyways, the mats you lay on are memory foam and pretty comfy. They soak your feet in hot water and after your massage they wipe you down with a hot towel. This place is pretty legit, they even make you take your shirt and bra off. Give them a try. I came here once before and we liked it a lot. Just don't remember why. We came back again and the experience was ok. The pressure of the massages were fine. My pet peeve is going to a massage place and the masseuses are talking to each other. I am paying for them to concentrate on giving me a massage and not chatting it up. In the beginning, one of the masseuses was whispering to my masseuse very quietly, but by the end of the hour, they were both talking to each other fairly loudly. Our masseuse also went to pick up the phone, didn't understand the person in the phone & ended up giving it to another masseuse. It took a little time but she still ended her massage the same time as mine did. If a masseuse is in the middle of giving a massage, it is not professional to leave and use that client's time to pick up the phones. I guess you get what you pay for read more

So YES, you should tip your masseuse or it's like you expected them to do it for free. The rate you pay the parlor does not go towards their pay check, that's for the owners and the people who run the place. That being said, my experience with Hannah was great! Which is fine if that's what you want, but most places will also give you a full body massage. Also they will bug you for a tip. The thing that bothered me the most was the noise.
