Came here at 5 o'clock on a Monday evening. I decided to get the one hour full body massage. I had a middle-aged Asian man work on me. I asked him to go a little stronger to really get the knots out. I LOVE LUCY! I discovered Spring Foot Massage sometime after the pandemic and I have been a fan ever since. Even with inflation the pricing is still reasonable and the business has put in place extra cleaning protocols to be hygienic. Reservations highly recommended. On my visits, I can tell all of the staff have regulars who love them. I always call ahead of time to reserve with Lucy, and every time I bring a friend, they have all really liked Heide. We always get the 90 minute combination massage ($55) that splits into a 30 minute foot massage to start and then a 60 minute body massage. This special comes with complimentary foot scrub and hot stones. The pricing here is definitely more competitive than similar business types. The foot massage section of the business has curtains that divide the area up in one or two stations. On my solo visits I get my own section and when I bring a bring we can be in a section together. We really enjoy the privacy. The treatment begins with a warm foot soak. The bucket is lined with disposable plastic so it is sanitary. While your feet are soaking, they massage your face, scalp, neck, shoulders and arms. If there is anything you want them to skip, just let them know ahead of time. Since the pandemic I've been skipping the face portion or if I have plans afterwards I ask them not to touch my hair so I don't look too messed up. Then they move onto the foot portion. Lucy is amazing. She knows all of the pressure points in the feet. I feel like she senses all of the areas of my feet that has tension. The foot portion of the massage is finalized with the sugar scrub and hot towels. Afterwards we transition to the private rooms for the body massage portion of the massage. They have clean blankets on each table and another thin disposable sheet of material for cleanliness. You can undress to the amount you are comfortable with. Spoiler alert, there is an oil massage part so you might want to take off anything you don't want to get massage oil on. Lucy is always super sweet. She always asks if there are areas I would like extra focus on and will check occasionally if the pressure is good. I like a firm pressure and Lucy is perfect. When it is time for the hot stone massage, she always checks that the temperature is okay. The warmth really helps get out any knots. I always feel completely relaxed after her massages. As with all massages, remember to communicate what you prefer to ensure the best experience. I feel like writing this review is like giving up my secret hidden gem, but the business really deserves all of the credit. They work really hard; please tip well! read more

It was one of the best massage experiences I have had. She was very gentle and thorough. Coco asked if I preferred a medium or hard massage. I requested medium since hard massages always hurt me. Worst place Ever came in for a foot massage and the lady at the desk gave me the masaage an the older Asian lady. It was so bad I had to tell her to stop her Attitude was horrible. I was there like 20-25 min paid for 30 $15 originally came for an hour. All she did was rub the sides of my heels wich got very uncomfortable and even hurt. This place recently changed management. I'm not a fan. They no longer offer the foot massage option and only do body massages for $40-$60. They also charge you a pretty hefty credit card fee ($3-5 per transaction depending on total amount) and advise you to use Cash instead. The masseuses are nice and they're just doing what their boss is telling them to do. My masseuse seemed like she just rubbed oil on my back and did a rolling pin motion for about 20 out of the 30 min. I think I could do that myself for free. Sadly, I won't be back anymore. Came here on a Saturday afternoon with an appointment and only two masseuses were working -- one of whom was also manning the front desk. The lady at the front was pretty friendly and happily accepted our Groupon voucher. The gentleman who worked on me was great -- I prefer more of a softer touch, less pressure and most of the massage was perfect. The only downside is that while they are technically "private" rooms, they are only separated by curtains so you can hear EVERYTHING, including the front desk when people come in. Not too much of an issue as while we were there, only one person came in toward the end of our session. I would definitely come back here if I were in the area! SHE STOPPED ME ASKED FOR A TIP AS I WAS WALKING OUT THE DOOR!!!!! I'm so sad! I've been here about 10 times now and it's always been a 4 star sort of place. It's a little loud, poor music choices, and the massage is ALWAYS different even if I request the same "menu" item. I won't be back though. They now charge $1 for ALL card transactions, but I can let that slide. Its $1, ya know. BUT.... BUT, as i was walking out the woman stops me and says "excuse me, miss?" I've been coming about once a week over the last few weeks while pregnant. They are able to accommodate my pregnancy and adjust the massage bed for me and provide extra pillows. I've had massages at more expensive places while being pregnant, but the tables/beds very uncomfortable. The fact that I can actually feel comfortable in their bed helps me to be able to really enjoy the massage and relax. I plan on keeping this routine until my due date. This place is under new management and I must say, is even more spectacular than the previous. Eric was my reflexologist and I loved every single minute of the massage. It started with a face and scalp massage while my feet are soaking in a warm bath that is elevated since I was laying down while the massage was happening. After that, my arms and hands were massaged. Next is my favorite part, the foot massage. The foot massage was done with lotion but after that is done, Eric wiped off the lotion off my feet, dried them, and continued to press the points on the bottom of my feet. It was awesome! We used a Groupon coupon for two 75-minute massages. We arrived a little early and both masseuses were ready and took us in ahead of schedule. The rooms were clean, but you could hear some outside noise. My female masseuse was very good and listened to my feedback and adjusted accordingly. My wife said that her male masseuse was "okay", but she'd had better. Downside, I had difficulty communicating with receptionist on phone during scheduling and when I called a second time to change appointment time.
