Worst experience ever!!! My sister, my mom and I went to go get a massage. I got a massage by the older lady and my sister from the man and my mom waited until someone was available. My massage was good and I gave her a tip. But my sister who is deaf didn't tip the man because he didn't do a good job the older lady got upset and told me to tell my sister to never come back. I asked if the tip was mandatory and she said nothing. I told her we had paid the seryamd tip is optional. But she didn't like that. So we left and we are never coming back. How can you obligate someone to give someone a tip when they didn't like their work. This place shouldn't even be open. Since my massage was really good last time I returned here along with my hubby to try and relieve some stress after a long workweek. Before arriving I called and asked if they had an opening for two people and I was told by the lady at the front desk (possibly the owner?) that yes there was and so i made an appointment. I requested Claire but she wasn't there that day. That should have been warning enough for me to just stay away. We arrived and there were already two customers being massaged and they only had three masseuses working. Rather than having us wait until the other customers left; which would have been the professional thing to do - we ended up getting rushed onto a station and I ended up getting massaged by the owner! Not only did she answer her phone several times while she was massaging me, she left at one point to help a customer look for a missing umbrella. Then the worst thing ever happened. SHE SNEEZED ON ME---TWICE. it was on my arm and it was really wet. Needless to say, i left there being more stressed than when I came in and I did not tip her. My husband also let me know that his massage was terrible as the masseuse had no technique whatsoever. If only this place had a little more consistency they would have a repeat customer in me. I have been coming here for a while, I enjoy the massages and is cleaner then other places I've been too. The reason why I will give them a two star is that after I was done with my massage the lady handed me a cup of warm water and pointed at the tip sign. I fully paid before my massage started and only having 2 dollars with me I placed it on the counter, she looked at me and started muttering in her language something to her co worker. The other lady was convincing me to leave more tip. NOT NICE! I came in to feel relaxed and they both left a sour taste in my mouth and I never want to come back of that's the kind of attitude they have! read more

Very nice & ambient! What can u say for a hour foot massage for $20? But the only thing I didn't like was when I asked the lady for change for a $20...to give her a tip, she gave me two $10's and assumed I was giving her a $10 tip! Kinda rude? Sophia was my Massage Therapist and she was perfect! She always made sure the pressure was okay and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. It was a great massage. I went in a group of three, but my lady kept on leaving to answer the phone and who knows what else. I was like OK whatever. I'm still getting a great massage. We were about to leave and they were like that tip is not enough! We work hard. Well our daily jobs are hard as well! That's my opinion. The first time I came here the massage was good enough for me to return back. For $40, it was an OK massage for the buck. I would describe it as a better than average massage, but hey, I can't complain for $40. However, I returned back and I regretted it. My masseuse was a different lady, she not the same one from my first visit. For my entire back massage, she basically just rolled her arm against my back. It really just felt like she took a rolling pin and rolled it in different directions. And for the hot stones, she just rubbed them on me; she clearly did not know how to use them. I requested a scalp massage, and she literally repeatedly scratched the back of my head in an upward motion; it was an absolute uncomfortable feeling. Towards the end of the massage, she used a very fast paced motion to massage the back of my shoulders. I was feeling nervous and uncomfortable, because I was wondering why the pace was so fast. To top off an awful massage, she ended the massage with a quick slap with both of her hands on my back and said, "FINISHED!" Wow. The next day (today), my entire left side of my back is incredibly sore. Before I wrote this review, I called the business to complain about my awful experience and my soreness. I was told that the owner will call me back. Instead, the manager, Sophia, called me back. After hearing my complaints, she repeatedly replied that it is a "good thing" that my back is sore and DID NOT address my other complaints about my awful experience. I was displeased with my massage, and after speaking with the manager, I'm displeased with this business. I will not be coming here ever again. Advice: Take your business elsewhere to a place that actually cares about your experience. read more

Always a great experience been comming here for over 3 yrs I won't go nowhere else for a pressure massage it's the place to go. If you are tense a deep tissue massage is necessary because a light hand won't help your knots. Sofia the owner is great also may. I was there today; first time. I have been avoiding a deep tissue massage for quite a while. I had pain in my neck/shoulders. I got the 1hr for $40. I'ts a good deep tissue massage; where if you are like me, you will still come out a bit with pain but with a sense of relief all over. I know I have to go back for a few sessions. Just came from an hour (1/2 foot, 1/2 body massage) with sofia. She was lovely and definitely focused on all my tension spots. Ive been to so many different foot spa places, and so many of them have a somewhat "standardized" approach that doesn't exactly fit for everyone's body. However, sofia took the time to see where I had a lot of knots and did a great job at beginning to break them down. I say "beginning" because my knots are CRAZY huge and need a lot of work! I took my mom here for her birthday. From first glance it was really dark and the women at the front ask for a payment immediately that was offsetting and then she didn't give clear instructions as to what she was my mother to do as far as getting undressed but after my mother told me that the massage was excellent the woman who gave her the massage name was Jenny and she said that she would recommend her to anyone and that you can judge a book by its cover! read more

Just moved to the area and wanted to get a massage.. walked in there and tried the 1 hour special . Massage was average , place was clean.... they don't work out you back or shoulders much for the 1 hour . More of a feet and calf massage . But you pay for the massage before they start . After the massage was done I noticed I didn't have as much cash on me as I though so I went to my car and gave them 5 dollars rolled quarters (money is money right) the two woman were looking out side the door while I was in my car and when I gave her my money she started yelling in there language and threw the coins all over there side couch and floor. And they woman I believe the owner said she works very hard for her money . And she had the nerve to ask if I had a visa to use.... 5 dollars for a 20 dollar massage seemed like a decent tip. And I'm sorry about the quarters but atleast I wasn't a dick that didn't tip anything. Tips are optional , I know that workers like this make there living off it but they shouldn't react in the way and shouldn't have been pushy . Honestly the place is whatevers for what it is . I literally paid 20 dollars for some lady to rub lotion on me. By far the worst massage I've ever had. I get that it's only 20 bucks, but no joke, sitting in a message chair while getting my toes done would have done more for me than Sophia....I think that's what her name is. My boyfriend and I made an appointment at 8:15. As we walked in, so did this couple and there were only 3 people working there. You'd think that we'd be first since we made an appointment but no. They take my boyfriend and the couple and tell me "5 minutes you wait ok?" Ok fine. No big deal. I wait, and wait and wait. Then this lady runs in from God knows where, throws her purse down and starts. From the other reviews I read, I'm guessing I got the owner. She had no technique, no structure, and not anything she did on one side even remotely resembled what she attempted to do on the other. Whenever the phone rang, she left to answer it. Whenever a customer came in, she went to greet them and talk about pricing. I get it, you are short staffed so you jump in and help....but I'm still a paying customer. I hadn't been here in a couple of months and since the last time I came they've apparently implemented a minimum tip policy. I'm very disappointed. I paid 40 for an ok massage. As I was leaving I went to hand her a 2 dollar tip and she turned to one of the other ladies, made a face, and demanded I go back into the building to give her a minimum of 5 dollars. This place just opened up and they have great prices and very close to my home. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a foot massage, however it was more than that they also gave me a head, neck and shoulder massage. There were a few times in which the foot massage was slightly painful, but I think I may have had tight muscles. I will come back again for sure. You really can ask for more for the price. The place is nothing fancy but the service is great. I've had two massages here. I dont remember the name of the first lady that helped me. The first massage was a full body massage. You are in your own private room but now seperated by walls but by curtains but still private. You are covered by a plain white towel. I would have preferred sheets like other locations I have been to but for the price I can deal with it.In a full body massage I wanted more of a Swedish massage then a Deep Tissue. I think this particular massuse just needed a constant reminder. The second massage was a neck, shoulder, back massage from Sam. I was in extreme pain going in to the massage and could barely turn my neck an inch or so. By the time I left it was a dramaticly different. The actual massage was a good pain. Very much a deep tissue massage. Since I had been in so much pain I knew it would be worth it, definately not for the skweemish. Within 2 days I was completely back to normaly. My husband and father in law have also visited here. Its not a spa place so I have seen a good number of males and females visiting. Also, they have a card where once you have 10 massages, the 11th is free. A great deal and I'm going back. read more

Second time I visited having some neck pain and a terrible headache all week long. I was hoping Marry woyld be there, but I didn't see her and had another lady. These women have very strong hands! At times it was on the verge of painful, but Sunny kept asking if I was ok or if the pressure was too hard and adjusted when I said something. I walked out with no headache or neck pain. I'm from the area and saw this place as I was driving by and thought I would give it a try. I should have stuck with the professionals. I had gone as a walk in to check it out first but as soon as I walked in the woman in front freaked out before I could ask her if they had availability or ask about the treatments. As I was trying to speak she kept telling me to stop because she had to think; I guess she had appointments but it was really rude how she kept cutting me off. Finally I just told her I would come back another day. I figured they had a really busy day gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought 30 for one hour is a deal so I should try it out. When I went back, first of all they charge for using a card for payment. I thought, okay no big deal, a lot of places charge for using their ATM but then massage itself was so unprofessional. The massage is conducted behind a curtain so you can hear everyone that walks in and out. You can hear people talking, cars outside, and even the therapists kept talking to each other in another language and laughing. I could not relax at all. The massage was very bad as well. The woman working on me kept standing up and leaving and coming back moments later with nothing different. A lot of places go get hot towels or oil or something but she would leave for no reason at all. Honestly, like 5-6 times during my treatment. At one point it felt like she was just slapping my head around and smacking her hands on my back. I am not very picky with massages but this place is so unprofessional. In the end, I thought a 10% tip was more than enough for the sloppy job they did but when I handed them the money, they said I had to give them minimum a 20% tip! I was outraged. I thought tips were supposed to be given depending on the service provided. If you wanted a bigger tip you work harder for it. At the end of the day I was down $40 and instead feeling relaxed and rejuvenated I felt robbed. Never going back and I suggest you don't either. read more

I had a great experience. I have tight muscles and usually dont get enough presure out of most places, but no complains from me here. I've had 3 different lady's work out my kinks and all and great hand presure. So if you looking for just a casual sweedish massage, make sure you let them know before they start.
