I tried Olive Pizza for the first time yesterday, getting a slice of chicken bacon ranch. I noticed right away how clean the restaurant was, and the staff was very friendly. The slice was huge and tasted great. The crust was light and fluffy and the price was very fair. I came again today and got a chicken wrap that came with fries and soda for around $13. So I strayed away from my usual pizza shop tonight . Olive pizza is good, delivery was super quick, I ordered through the slice app. We tried the Buffalo chicken with White sauce, this was fire. Usually Buffalo pizza taste like cheap hot sauce and this was NOT the case. So good. We also tried the BLT pizza which honestly I will not do from here again, there was no lettuce and I'm struggling to find the bacon. You win some and you lose some, looking forward to trying a few other pies from here! read more

Time to update my Olive Pizza review with a more accurate rating. Olive Pizza has become one of my favorite places to buy dinner from in Bristol. Everything is really good. Grinders, Pizza, appetizers all really good. Very impressed on the quality of food. They make some of the best burgers in town to be perfectly honest. Nice grilled flavor. Great, fresh toppings. I've tried to give this place chances. Being new i know there are learning curves but every time i give it another chance i'm disappointed. The food is good BUT 1st time we came and ate in. Ordered wings as an appetizer and a couple of meals. Everything came out at the same time (approximately 30 minutes)and the wings were cold because i'm sure they were sitting. The next time i stopped in to take out a calzone and wings. I am the only person there at the time. 2 other people cone in 5-10 minutes after me. Order pizzas and wings. 15 minutes later their food is ready and i'm still waiting. Today, stopped it just to take out a burger. Was told it would be 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later i walk out the door with it. Again, i was the only other person there when i walked in. Someone else walked in shortly after and is still waiting. If You prefer thin crust pie, this is a great new place. Within 2 days we have ordered cheese pie delivered, delicious! Next day we went and ordered dine in a Margarita pie and another with bacon and meatball. All just great. I highly recommend Olive Pizza. read more

I ordered from Olive Pizza tonight. when my food was delivered the driver called and said they was outside. I informed her I was in the shower and would buzz her in the building. The driver said that she didn't feel comfortable because of Covid (Why don't they provide their drivers with mask is beyond me) but I told her I would buzz her in and she can leave it at my door. I got out the shower to buzz her in and when I got went to my door NO FOOD. So I walked to the lobby and there my food was on the floor with the bag open. Of course I'm pissed because 1. there was mailboxes she could have left it on, 2. WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE SOMEONES FOOD ON THE FLOOR? like that is not sanitary. I called the restaurant back and told them what happened and told them to have the driver come back and get that because who would really eat that. The manager very rudely said no. I told him I would like a refund he told me no dispute it with my credit card company to get my money back. One of the worst experiences of my life!!! read more

The food is good but the service was awful. The driver made rude comments about someone in our household and when we talked to the manager all we got was "I'm sorry about that." Nothing about talking to the driver about his behavior or anything like that. Inappropriate behavior from the driver and a lack of care about customer service from the manager. The service was good, the delivery was fast, and the pizza was hot, and that's all of the positive things I can say about it. I ordered delivery and the pizza came smashed against the left side of the box with most of the toppings in the corner of the box. While trying to recover the cheese and toppings, pieces of the cardboard were coming up with it. The pizza wasn't fully cut into slices and the bottom of the crust was so hard/dry that I had to use a steak knife to cut it. The pizza itself was completely bland and the crust was hard and tasteless. I'll buy frozen pizza before I will order from there again. read more
