I don't know when I coming back to this place but I love all the crazy style of pizza they have. I got the Irish Pizza. It had potatoes, bacon, & white cheese. My friend was nice enough to share this with me. It was fabulous. I love their chef salad. The style of lettuce was delicious. It was that terrible iceberg saladZ Theo place use a nice salad mix. We order to go and the staff seem to be nice. This is a family run business and apparently my old boss used to grow up with this family. The only reason why I knew about this place was due to my co-worker. She lives around the corner from this place. read more

Foods really good me and my boyfriend usually get pizza or wings and gotten a calzone once all very good! The service is fast and pretty good. The place is a bit small it's really just a grab and go place but that's what I think is so nice about it. Only complaint I have is the parking lot is very hard to get out of. read more

I was looking for a good chicken cutlet sandwich at the place I wanted to go to as closed. I read the reviews and decided to try chunky tomato and it was the best choice I've made in a long time! First and foremost the sandwich is massive. You really only need a half or your meal, but it was delicious. I had a chicken cutlet with caramelized onion, roasted red peppers, and provolone. It was cooked really well the bread was very fresh and it was a huge portion. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I don't have to be hungry to eat Chunky Tomato pizza! Its aroma is so delicious I HAVE to eat a piece! I have tried many combos ....and love them all including their GF crust... Tonight I went with pepperoni and sausage. It is "DA BOMB" the little pieces of pepperoni curls up and gets crisp around the edges ....and the crust is nice and thin and just the right amount of crisp. Honestly just disappointed. The young man on the phone taking my order was rude. My two $15 salads came with no dressing no bread the menu said it would. 1 piece of chicken on the salad. The lettuce and greens didn't taste washed or fresh. All around just a blah and bland dinner. Maybe their pizza is better? Chunky Tomato is our local pizza restaurant, but even when I lived in Plainville, we would drive out there because of their reputation and their tasty pizza. Overall, now living about 2 minutes down the road from them I would say they remain my favorite in the area. Their crust is awesome, and is very flavorful and chewy and definitely sets the foundation for the rest of the pizza. I would say some pizzas of theirs I love and some are not amazing. Their BBQ Chicken for example is awesome, I have gotten it 10 or so times and it's always just wildly good. Their buffalo pizza just isn't so great. Their white pizzas also, I find to be a bit dry which is unfortunate, I would love for them to have a more substantial white sauce to keep the pizza from drying out so easily. Their red pizzas are consistently great. Overall I think they do an awesome job and I will happily continue to patronize them. read more

Love their pizza! We have ordered so many different kinds (bacon/meatball, Margherita) but the white pie is one of our favorites. It's addicting! The meatballs are always a great side. The sandwiches are also good and the bread is baked fresh. We use them for catering for birthday parties and the sandwich platters are a hit. read more

I'm sorry, but not a good experience. Everyone that reads my reviews Knows that I'm more than fair. I'm the WhiteOwl, and was in the restaurant biz. Food, 3.5 stars. Pizza is decent with good cheese and sauce, but very very greasy. Walking in, nice A/C, but the drain pipe is located over the front door, and it's dumping water on us. Thanks for the 4 slices, in the mini box that were all stacked on each other. For $13, I think I deserve a large bag or large box. I'm an out of towner, I wish I went to Nardelli's. We finally found a place with great pizza. For some reason, there are 900 pizza places in our area, but they all do not meet our standards. Chunky Tomato, though, this place gets it. Any pizza we've gotten has been amazing. Their sauce is to die for; i want a barrel of it to just eat by the spoonful. I tried the Margerita Pizza. It was not a pizza that I would try again. I was very disappointed because this place has great reviews. The flavor was horrible. I think they used canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh sliced. This was the worst Margerita pizza I've ever had. read more

Besides the fact that they don't deliver and only do pick up I must say this place is to die for. Hands down best buffalo chicken pizza I've had in Bristol in the ten years I've been here. I will say they do run a bit pricey but the quality of their pizza is worth it. They even let me get chicken parm with their penne ala vodka sauce (a weird request I admit but they're down for it!). The crust is thin, the cheese is thick, and the sauce is soooo good, people. They live up to their name: there are delicious chunks of tomatoes in the sauce. It's a little surprise burst of flavor every few bites. Can't say much about the place itself because we ordered takeout. However, it was rather small with few tables so getting take out was a good call. It's not that you can't eat inside, it's just not my style! There is only one other place within the area that I feel the same about. No, it's not Pepe's in weha. That one isn't even nearly as good as the OG in New Hey Hey.
