Tenant turnover used to be the worst for me... like seriously stressful. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. My family was disrespected by a nurse name Corina, who on multiple occasions failed to disclose truthfully the treatment my grandmother was given during her time at the facility. When confronted, she lied twice and was extremely disrespectful in our most difficult time. My grandfather when hearing of my grandmothers passing responded in panic, and asked hastily for the nurses to leave him alone with his wife. THE NURSES CALLED THE SHERRIFF on my 82 year old grandfather because of the way he reacted after seeing his deceased wife of 58 years. While I cannot speak for the entire facility, there were nurses that were very kind and understanding. However, i strongly urge you to be cautious. Our experience was horrifying. Grace home did not live up to its name, and those attending and overseeing my Grandmother Doris' care owe my grandfather and mother an apology.
