Home of our favorite therapists! They are very knowledgeable but they offer more than just…read moretherapy. They offer understanding. So many times they helped my boy through meltdowns or helped me carry things to the car, with patience I might add. They're very involved within the community. They organize events to try help parents find support, such as yoga classes, and they participate in community walks. Our speech therapist Stephanie and Colleen helped us learn to talk with pictures, attended a school meeting for his IEP, and even did the majority of the paperwork for me so Jace could have his own device. They didnt ask for extra compensation, they just offered help. Mrs. Tisa is a supportive ball of sunshine and the entire family gets involved. I just don't know another place that cares that much or works that hard. I would continue to brag but I'm running out of space. We also love Katie and Alyssa and some of the parents from the waiting room on Wedenesdays. You guys all rock!

In Colorado, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) can provide medication management, and our APRN, Mitchell, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable about dementia and Alzheimer's. He took the time to review all of my mom's medications, not just the ones he was prescribing, and identified a serious timing issue with one of her existing prescriptions that we were able to correct. Having Mitchell as part of my mom's care team gives us confidence that we have another knowledgeable professional helping us navigate her care and keep her on the best possible path to maintain her quality of life. Also, I believe they do business fraudulently. They called a year after I stopped seeing them and asked for my credit card over the phone, "to update their database". I then got a bill for $500 for services I had not received. Two months later, they had changed the balance to $350. I truly believe they would have charged my card without authorization if I had provided my number.

It was an honor to complete my capstone experience and to get to know Betsy Hart CEO, as well as the occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy staff.
