Then they emailed me and told me I could have an appointment in East Hampton but when I got there for my appointment the people at that location said they don't do eye exams in East Hampton. You cannot call the store directly. Very frustrating. Just know there is no customer service.

He also took the time to help me find the best price on prescription eye drops he recommended I use for my dry eye condition, and they really worked and I am able to get them with my insurance at a very affordable price. He didn't push me into buying prescription reading glasses, but tested my readers for me to make sure I was buying the correct strength. He is super friendly and doesn't rush through the process, he takes his time and makes sure you understand what each test is for and what the outcome is.
