When I brought it back they charged $614 for diagnostic check and said more diagnostic tests were necessary at an additional charge. It seems very strange that they are charging for multiple diagnostic checks for a problem they supposedly had fixed last year. When I complained the service manager he was rude and said it was an old car inferring that I should buy a new car. If I do buy a new car, it will not be from Southampton Mercedes!

I called and spoke with Joe who denied illegally gaining access to my account and stealing from me, but it is a bit coincidental that 2 battery amp chargers were "accidentally" purchased to be delivered to an auto repair shop.
