It's been four years since my last warby purchase (that's how long these last). I received them in the mail and have been IN LOVE with them, like I wear them every day now (new habit bc I love them). Unfortunately, I somehow scratched them in a few weeks and gave warby a call. They sent me a new pair for ~free~ and I just have to send the others back. Winning! Warby offers amazing customer satisfaction policies. I get the second pair and they are the same exact glasses, except for some slight variation in tortoise, and they're just a tad crooked. I spoke with the customer service rep, and they said I can send them back *or* have them adjusted by an optometrist. Easy enough, but my opt. has not been able to get me in. I'm from the Hudson Valley and on a day trip to the Hamptons, I brought my glasses in case I went by the store in the city. I randomly drove by this location so I gave it a go. Meg greeted me instantly and heard my situation. She was able to take the new lenses from the newest pair and put them in the frame I loved the most, and process the return. LITERALLY SO EASY AND IM SO HAPPY I LOVE MY GLASSES. She was so helpful and professional. Glasses take time to get just right, they can be as hard as finding the perfect pair of jeans. The receptionist, McKenzie, was rude on the phone from the outset. Snarky, disagreeable, decidedly, intentionally UNhelpful. My appointment turned out not to be with Dr Parker as I'd expected, but with Debra Kakaris, a licensed optician. The glasses were ordered on December 21st. I was told I could pick them up on December 28, which I did. Neither Debra nor Dr Parker made any attempt to fit them to me! They were just going to hand them to me and be done with it! WHAT? For $265. (lenses only) I should think there'd be better follow-up than that! I have never had glasses just handed to me. Dr Parker finally gave a cursory check and I paid the balance (by cc) and left. I've just received a BILL for the balance! I made the mistake of calling the office and got the world's most unpleasant receptionist, McKenzie, again who told me I could call the number on the bill to work it out. There was no answer at that number. Nor have they called me back. I called twice - the second time to say I had the cc receipt from the payment. An ugly transaction. I will never go there again and I'll tell everyone I know not to either.

He walked through what he was doing and explained why he was testing certain things. He was comprehensive and offered some tips that I hadn't heard of before. Christine, who I believe is new to the practice, was truly awesome and helping me pick out frames. She picked up on what I was leaning toward and ended up picking out some frames I would not have noticed. She made the process fun. Dr. Hochberg mentioned that Cigna is good insurance when working with them. That being said, my glasses still ended up being more expensive than I was anticipating, so I could only buy one pair in this visit, which was a little bit of a bummer.
