Upon entering at 3:55pm we were seated and at 4pm the waitress asked what we wanted. We explained we would like the lunch special that ends at 4pm. She responded with several questions, "what type of soup, what type of rice, etc.". Goes back to the kitchen and several minutes later returning asking again, "what type of rice?" Waitress disappears into the kitchen once again. I can't make this up, the waitress returned again to our table stating "it is now past 4pm so we can't have the lunch special it ended at 4". There was also a pungent musty odor in the restaurant, that added even more reason not to eat there. We looked around and we realized we were the only patrons in the restaurant.
