small place, nice service, good price. Thought they're rose pedals on their red onion bagels hahahah Tomato basil sooo good

Brandon Bagels is one of those "Brandon Staples" that you're told is a must try. Unfortunately, I would add this place to your skip list if you're looking for something that will exceed your expectations. Bagels are rubbery, lack flavor and they skimp out on cream cheese (not to mention, cream cheese is around $3 - $4 up charge depending on what you get.) OUTRAGEOUS up charge by the way. Back in the day, this place used to be good but nowadays, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, even if I'm craving a bagel; drive 20 minutes further in any direction and you'll find a better option. The silver lining and reason for 3 stars is, the service was pretty good and you feel welcomed. Also, the Onion Bialys I would admit was pretty good and if I'm really in need of a quick last minute bagel and cream cheese fix, I would spring for that option.

My wife and I stopped in here for breakfast one Sunday morning. They are open early and offer up fresh breakfast items in a laid back, take-out only environment. Brandon Bagels is located in a strip plaza of 60 in Brandon. The small place advertises freshly baked bagels and other breakfast and lunch foods. It was busy, even on a Sunday morning. We arrived around 10am and bagel baskets were already empty. My wife and I both ordered breakfast sandwiches on bagels. $6.50 each. Not bad at all. We waited about 10 minutes, maybe a little less and we were on our way. There is no place to sit inside and barely room to stand and not be in someones way. The bagels were soft and fresh and flavorful. I got the pumpernickel and my wife for the asiago cheese. The eggs, sausage and cheese on the sandwich were tasty and hot. A decent and filling sandwich that didn't break the bank. I'd stop in again.

I come here every single week, it's a staple to my weekend. The staff is so hardworking and the bagels are THE BEST I've ever had in Tampa. I get a steak egg and cheese on garlic and it never disappoints. All their bagels are so delicious- their everything, onion, tomato basil, and onion bialy are some of my favorites. The bagels are so fluffy and the perfect texture. 10/10 recommend to everyone I know

I'm no bagel connoisseur but I know good food when I eat it. I definitely know service with a smile. I'd been here one time before but you would think we were long lost best friends based on how I was treated and this was before 5:30 in the morning! I got the Big Buck which consisted of Sausage, Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Asiago Bagel. With an Orange Mango Juice. I thought everything was pretty good. I'll definitely be back again. I'll get the Lox again which is what I had the first time (they don't skimp on ingredients).

Brandon Bagel is your local Pop Shop/Hole in the wall bakery. Bakery for bagels. Lol. The shop is clean and friendly staff. Located in the heart of Brandon. The bagels are favorably priced and the bagels made in house. I highly recommend coming by Brandon Bagels and grab yourself a bagel/bagel sandwich with coffee or fresh juice. My go to is the Againo Bagel with Turkey Breast. DELICIOUS!

Cream cheese is over priced and the cashier girl is rude but the bagels are good if you can get some before they sell out.

Visited Brandon Bagels this morning for the first time to get breakfast. Have wanted to try it for years. I got boyfriend an egg, cheese and double bacon everything bagel....he said it was delicious. I got a egg, cheese, bacon and chive cream cheese salted bagel and it was sooooo delicious. Now I wish I had came here sooner. I also bought a half dozen sliced Bagels and a tub of olive garlic cream cheese, can't wait to enjoy those throughout the week. Got 2 each of Salted, Everything and Asiago Cheddar Cheese. Boyfriend toasted up an Asiago Cheddar Cheese after he finished his sandwich and he said it was fantastic with the olive garlic cream cheese. I used one of the ET bagels to make him a ham and provolone sandwich for work tomorrow which I know he will enjoy. Owner rang me up and he was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back, I want to also try a croissant sandwich and the Cuban Bagel Sandwich.

Fantastic bagel sandwich!! Probably the best Asiago bagel I've ever had. It was my first time there & they were extremely patient and helpful while I tried to make my decision. The ingredients were fresh and it was very filling. I'll definitely be back

Everything egg bagel with ham and cheese with a little mayonnaise

I didn't have breakfast because I was heading for a golf outing and was busy with some errands early in the day. So I was hungry! I was in Brandon and remembered that there was a bagel shop, Brandon Bagels, around the area. I decided it was time to try it out. The environment is raw and older. Looks a little "unclean". It has the feel of a Chinese takeout restaurant. It was about 11am and most of the bagels were gone. I asked for a Ham and cheese sandwich with a little mayo on an everything egg bagel. I also got a can of coke. The server was good. He asked me the questions I expected out of a bagel shop or deli and got my order done in less than 3 minutes. The cashier seemed nice but looked exhausted. It must have been a busy morning. And the sandwich tasted ok. The bagel was a bit denser than a bagel that I am used to but the ham and cheese, I liked. Here's my rub. The price board said that the sandwich is $6. I was charged $8. I watched the lady tell the cashier because it was "lunch". Or something like that. Maybe they gave me more ham and cheese. I don't know and they didn't tell me! Now, I paid over $11 for a sandwich and soda. I thought the price would have been $2+ dollars less. I didn't say anything because I was in a bit of a hurry. I even dropped a tip for the server in the tip jar. I believe I overpaid once I looked back. So, to summarize, a fast-paced place with an ok tasting bagel with decent staff. Nothing special but definitely ask how much and why when you are there.

This Einstein's is on busy SR 60/Brandon Boulevard-right in front of Babe's Pizza. And it's totally worth braving the morning rush chaos to get there. Yes, it's a little tight, making the turns around the building-and the line can get long. But my goodness-the energy from the staff... and the freshness of these bagels... good morning! I could easily make this a weekly habit... especially now that I've discovered the maple French toast bagel. I had it toasted with butter... and have been singing about it ever since. It had just the right amount of sweetness-and, as usual there-the perfect combo of crunchy/chewy. We all know I'll be back. The lot has very limited parking for the 5 or more food trucks that are there. This is a problem but it's the only negative I encountered during the experience. The food truck is tucked back into the corner of the lot with a couple of picnic tables for seating in a shaded area. Bacon Egg'n Cheese has a tablet kiosk that you can order from, however you can just walk up and tell the attendant your order if you prefer. They are also available on Uber Eats. I ordered the Hungry Man sandwich and I was beyond satisfied. This sandwich is stacked with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and a hash brown on a Kaiser roll. The service was fairly quick with the order being prepared within 5 minutes. Upon taking my first bite I was met with a pleasant and familiar taste I had not experienced in over 17 years since I lived on Long Island. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. I stopped in around 3:00 p.m. and was happy to see it wasn't busy. I went to the deli counter, waited for someone to serve me, ordered my chicken salad, grabbed a soda and chips, and headed to the open register. As I walked up, the cashier called another customer over ahead of me. I waited while he spent several minutes deciding whether to pay cash or by card because of the 4% card fee. I continued standing there with my three items, to the point that I actually set them down and debated walking out. Then, instead of helping me, the cashier motioned for an entire family to come to the registereven though I had been standing there waiting before they arrived. After that, she waved over another customer, and I had to wait while a mother and her two teenagers decided which desserts they wanted. Again, I stood there patiently. When it was finally my turn, there was no greeting, no "thank you for waiting," nothing. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pickup order?" I said no. She then motioned for my chicken salad container, saying she needed it. I placed it on the scale and set my other items on the counter. The cashier then asked, "Are you okay?" I simply shook my head because, honestly, I wasn't. Instead of recognizing why I was frustrated, she continued talking, making comments, and escalating the interaction rather than simply ringing me up. At that point, I asked, "Do you want to argue? Do you want me to go back and forth with you?" I then asked who the manager was. She pointed to a woman beside her, who identified herself as the owner. I asked if she could ring me up instead. Even then, the cashier continued making comments. It was only after she continued engaging me that my voice became louder in response. Rather than addressing the repeated comments from her employee or asking what had happened, the owner immediately said, "Do not raise your voice at my employee." That response was disappointing. There was no concern for the customer experience, no apology for repeatedly being skipped in line, and no attempt to resolve the situation. There was also no acknowledgment that the interaction had been escalated by the cashier's continued remarks before I ever raised my voice. The irony is that I have spent a significant amount of money catering from Frankie's Deli over the years because my customers love the food. Good food will bring people in once. Great customer service keeps them coming back. Sadly, this experience ended that relationship for me. There are plenty of places with great food, but respect and customer service matter just as much. One final thought: this is Florida not NY. Hospitality goes a long way. The aggressive, dismissive attitude I experienced isn't what I expect when supporting a local business. I won't be back.
