I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.

He was there and measured the 9'6'' width and I dug down 8'' right in front of him from the pine tree and hit no roots. All they had to do was put the form where the excavator (foreman of the job marked it. (9'6'') and the apron 10' which some how got changed to 8' !!! . Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. THEY OWE ME 600 dollars over charge, plus I`d like my receipt paid in full, that I requested several times. They claimed they were the best around ! I beg to differ !! Don D.

Despite the seriousness of that wall's condition, one or two other companies recommended wall anchor systems, which Brandon recognized would be insufficient to hold back a concrete block wall as deteriorated as ours. He also noted the insulation put around the base of our house by the previous company was meant for indoor use. We did make attempts to contact the company that did the original work, but it was murder trying to get them to respond. They finally did, but by that point we'd decided to go with Hart, even though the other company would've been less expensive. We just didn't trust that first company anymore. I'm glad we chose Hart because they did an excellent job. Brandon was very professional, letting us know what was involved each step of the way. They worked hard and fast and we finally have a great solid basement wall. I'd recommend Hart in an instant to anyone who needs waterproofing and foundation repair.

We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I hired this contractor to replace my mother's driveway after a previous contractor had done such…read morepoor work that the driveway needed to be completely redone. During the estimate, he pointed out numerous problems with the original installation and assured us that he would take good care of my mother and provide a quality driveway that would last. Unfortunately, less than two years later - close to a year - the surface of the new driveway is already showing widespread scaling/spalling throughout multiple sections. The attached photos show the condition of the concrete. When I contacted him about the issue, his response was simply that it was caused by a "bad batch of concrete." Ironically, that was the exact same explanation given by the contractor whose driveway he had criticized. No inspection was offered, no recommendations were provided, and no effort was made to help resolve the problem. I understand that issues can arise in construction projects. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern and the absence of any attempt to stand behind the work. After paying twice to have my mother's driveway done correctly, I expected a better outcome and a more professional response.
