He was there and measured the 9'6'' width and I dug down 8'' right in front of him from the pine tree and hit no roots. Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. A recent storm launched a large branch on a neighbors garage, while another branch was poised above my garage ready to break. Alex arrived same day as my call ( I sent him pictures so he knew this wasn't a leisurely take down. He spoke to me and two neighbors and even recorded a video for my insurance claim.
